12-1-2 is the most optimised chamber, I was only able to one rotate the chamber few times and with around the same speed, but it can definitely be pushed down to 16 with enough resets. 12-2-2 is really unforgiving for most teams. I tried to cook up the best setup I could, it is very much possible that it can be further optimised. The strategy I had in mind wasn't also executed 100% flawlessly. But I expect the best possible time to be 31 or 32 for this team. 12-3-2 can be pushed to 25 at my investment, it would just require further resetting (PMA bottom half is despair).
