I adore BTOB because they're not afraid to do concepts they want to do, they just do whatever the heck they want and i salute them for that, if they wanna do ballads they'll do ballads for like 3 comebacks straight and then suddenly do a dark ass song and suddenly do another fukin ballad and then a cheery song and i think you know where im going with this lmao

TheHoneyBeol TBH THIS IS ME WHEN I FIRST STAN BTOB. my first impression on their songs was like "ok" but after listening more i realized how beautiful their voices are. i didn't even notice how dreamy changsub's voice at first but now he's my bias. heck, he's one of my favorite vocalist in kpop. now, i love btob so much like i've never loved someone or something as much as i love btob. they deserve the entire universe 💕

Btob ballas have different vibe and emotion on them. If you checked their first successful ballad, ITS OKAY. Its lift you up. WAY BACK HOME has the feeling of being home again after a long run of depression, REMEMBER THAT can pull you the romance on you, SOMEDAY comes with emotional feeling and now this make you on another level of ballad which portray strong yet powerful vibes. That part together songs that most kpop group don't do. I love ballads with harmony, chorus singing where the music break and you can hear them sing. This tells you whether or not they have strong vocals.💕

"I'm not a fan of ballads, and I think I love the song." SAME, DUDE. SAME. I was never into most of BTOB's ballads (except a very selected few), but this one did some magic to me idk. My heart was just moved by it during the first listen. T_T
This is why btob is being called the vocal idol group >< they are one of the top tier group in korea..though didnt get much attention internationally

If you like electric guitars in ballads, you might wanna try Im Hyunsik’s Swimming. He’s a member of BTOB and he also wrote this song and Swimming as well for a monthly solo project they did this year. It has a music video too which he and his brother had a hand in.

I hope you'd listen to all of the songs in their new Brother Act album. My favorite is Dreaming (not sure if it's the official english title) and My Lady. Red Lies is pretty catchy, too. They also have a song that has a jazz-ish vibe to it, also Blown Up is a VERY energetic song. There's a lot of variety, i hope you'd have time to listen to it.

I used to not get into BTOB ballads either, but one day I just happen to like it, quickly did a spotify playlist and it just stuck in your head. You should check out their whole Brother Act album! It's a well made one, so difficult to choose a favourite but I would say that My Lady composed by Ilhoon is another amazing song 💯👍 Anyway I agree with all your points haha

everything about the song and mv is so beautiful and well-executed, and as a musician (albeit my music theory knowledge is limited), the musicality of the song is something that can really be appreciated, even by someone who may not be a musician
The big hook is the simplicity and the use of every element...amazing.

Actually, the composer of "Missing you" is a member of BTOB and he is also the guys who plays the piano at the beginning of the music video. His name is Lim Hyunsik, and he also composed a lot of good songs before. I really really really recommend "SOMEDAY", which is in the same album with "Movie". I am SURE you will LOVE it!!!

I've been a melody for a while now, and I agree. This has to be their best ballad to date. Every time Changsub sings that high part in the chorus I get chills.

hyunsik composed this song!! (the guy in the intro) he also composed i’ll be your man but he generally likes to add guitar riffs in his songs and he most likely records them on his own. i feel like you’ll like his solo song ‘swimming’ it’s really emotional too and lowkey has a bowie vibe!! 😎😎👌
I honestly believe Movie is one of the BEST songs ever and i also thought NOTHING would/could top that. I love missing you so much, but movie has a special place in my heart because it was so suited to my style. But I thoroughly enjoy their ballad style bc it seems like more of their identity. In short i just love btob. I cant even choose a bias >.

So happy you enjoyed it because this is a song i'm really loving right now ^^. Btob's vocals are not a joke and their ballads always get to your emotions, i really like Remember that for example. They are doing such a good job this year, i feel happy because they are such precious fun dorks they deserve love.
I *LOVE* Fly to the Sky. I actually miss ballads by duo groups before. Funny enough, my most fave Fly to the Sky song is also titled Missing You. But, talking about BTOB. This group is a talent mine. I swear, before Beast left Cube and Sungjae branching out to acting, they were so much underrated and underappreciated. I am happy that they are being recognized more now because they really deserve it. Not only that, but the group also has a great fandom, kinda like Shawols. All super supportive, never participates in fanwars and generally appreciates all support. I hope you give their other ballads a chance. I personally love Someday, Red Liar, It's Okay, I'll Be Here, Last Day and so, so much more.

I've been listening to this songs in repeat since I discovered it, I can't get over it! They are so good
I dont really like ballad songs (I only listen when I am emotional or something), and my playlist before consists of upbeat songs. But when I watched the It’s Okay, I loved it instantly! Try to listen to their other ballads! You will be surprised that almost all their songs have rap, but it’s not the same thing over and over again!
BtoB is the only KPOP that I ever interested and I stick to them like forever... Waiting for BtoB🥰

Btob vocal lines and rap lines are no jokes guys. In case u dont know, minhyuk from btob is a rapper but he sings really really well. He rarely sings now but u still can find old clips of him singing. He can be main vocal in any idol group

Hi you need to know that btob member, hyunsik, is the composer for this song and 'ill be your man'. He really likes to add guitar sound to his songs, same with his solo song 'swimming'. They have 12 songs in it, and I love all of them. They can do many genre of music and they really nailed it!
That hollow sound effects on raps, makes me cry i don't know why but everything in this song really touches my heart, too bad i only started listening to it late 2018(near new year)
