Another important tip: stop using your phone while laying down on your sides. It makes one of your eyes smaller and reduces visibility in one of the eyes.
fun fact here, when you flip yourself using an iphone camera or the tiktok filter, you care naturally going to notice that some parts of your face look different, what you see in the mirror is pretty much exactly what your friends and family see! this is becuase when we see our face flipped for the first time, we start spotting imperfections with our face symmetry, it’s actually not as bad as you think! it’s just your brain making it seem worse than it actually is. firstly as we are seeing ourselves through a camera, the camera shot will obviously pixelate it and turn it into a digital image so that we can’t see the full 3Dness of our face, causing it to look uneven, secondly, this actually happens with everyone! find a picture of a friend or a family member, edit it so that it’s flipped, their face will look different! so it’s nothing to worry about if you think you have an uneven face, your face is beautiful and to other people your face looks perfectly symmetrical anyways! xx (i did comment this on one of the other comments but i think more people need to hear this
I’ll be doing this for a month and updating weekly with HONEST RESULTS so if you wanna hear if it works check back in Week 1: There’s definitely a slight difference comparing this weeks photo to last weeks, however, I asked my friends/family if there were any noticeable difference and they said barely if anything at all. (Note: I did the face scrunch exercise a lot more than recommended in the video because it’s so easy to do) Week 2: I started doing the exercises before I slept and this week the exact opposite happened, I couldn’t find a difference in this weeks picture compared to last week but my friends/family said they see a noticeable difference Week 3: This was by far the biggest week, the difference is massive. Maybe I’m just used to seeing my face inverted now but there’s a huge difference by far, a few more weeks and I should be good! Week 4: Looks like the same amount of improvement that happened the first week happened this week. I’m rly happy with the results, finally comfortable with taking front camera selfies (probably gonna continue until week 8 though) Week 5: Nothing too special, same progress as last week except i trimmed my eyebrows a bit to make my face seem even more symmetrical I’ll update at Week 8
My 20 year old brother has this condition. I will be looking more into these exercises to see if it will help him. Thanks for the updates! I will certainly check back in! (Wish UA-cam allowed pics in the comments. 😢)
GUYS IT WORKS. Try pushing the higher eyebrow down and holding for 30 seconds then push the lower one up for 30 seconds and within a few day to a week they will be even.
I didn't understand are you saying the the exercises in this video work or are you saying that this different exercise works? If you mean this diffrent exercise please explain more
sleeping on sides wont cause very big asymetries and facila exercise can heal them cus its the muscles that are damaged not the bones. so you just train the weaker muscle (worse looking side) tiill it looks normal
Ibo it’s only impossible if it’s bone or cartilage, if you have uneven muscles pulling in different directions in your face due to tightness and lack of use it’s going to create assymetry. That’s why everyone has asymmetrical poster because most people are left or right handed causing them to use one side of their body more
My one side of face is lifted upwards and other side seems like depressed and sad..my cheeks of one sided looks chubby other side flat Edit : my fce is no longer assymteric after 3 years!! I use to everyday massage with my hand upwards the face side that was dropped and made balloon face with mouth ohly the side i wanted fuller cheeks! Its 90% even now
I can confirm this works. Most eye asymmetry is caused by eyelid ptosis (one of your eyelids hangs lower than the other eye because one lid is longer or the muscle in one is weaker). What these exercises did was strengthen my eyelid muscles and create a muscle mind connection as well. If you try this, the goal you should be striving for is to form that muscle mind connection that allows you to easily hold up both eyelids to the correct height making you not only look symmetrical but also less tired as a bonus. It doesn't matter if it was a muscle problem or you have a longer eyelid this still works. If I relax my eyes I can tell one is longer but when I hold them both up my eyes look exactly the same and even better than before (both have a symmetrical fold now too).
I had this problem while taking selfies one eye would seem bigger and the eyebrow would be lifted. I just performed these exercises along with the video and tried a selfie and it seriously works✌️ Thanks Budd
Same i feel so damn insecure right now, i lowkey love to take selfies but then when i tried the inverted filter that i saw on tiktok okay where's my confidence? idk i rlly myself.
I bought this thing on amazon it’s like a sticker but it’s a cover for your front camera you just slide it when you want it use the camera and it slides back when your done
I’ve been doing this for weeks and I definitely see changes in my eyes thank you so much for this video I’ve been insecure about my eyes for the longest time this really works :)
"dont sleep in one side only. it can caused ur face become asymmetrical" me: eh idc i just wanna sleep. also me after a few years ending up here: *regretting all my life decision*
Hi so I have been doing this for about 2 days 2-3 times and there is a lot of progress it’s not fully even but close thank you so much because I don’t feel that much insecure FYI y’all are beautiful no matter what
For those of you wondering whether or not this really works - It does! I have been doing it for about one and a half month now on a daily basis three times consecutively. Staying consistent is, like he mentioned in the end, the most important thing if you want to see results. Alongside this routine, you should also implement the stretches for an asymmetrical nose and, if you need it, the jaw. Drink lots of water, eat healthy, nutrient rich foods and avoid highly processed foods and sugar. Exercise regularly, sleep well and adapt mewing.
@@1avender0 If it is truly a genetically caused asymmetry, which, frankly, I doubt, then doing these exercises will most definitely help you to get them more symmetrical. You can also try shaping your eyebrows with a razor or tweezers. Make sure to drink lots of water, exercise three to four times a week and live an overall healthy lifestyle, too.
These exercise do work your muscles. Whether or not it will fix facial issues will depend on the individual. The more severe the imbalance is, the less effective it would be or it may take a lot longer. It’s fair to say that they are good. I also love the scriptures that are at the end of each video. Love it ❤️
i just thought you should all know that this works wonders! i used to have really uneven eyebrows and one of my eyes was smaller than the other and after a couple weeks of doing this my eyebrows and eyes look symmetrical in photos
This actually worked my eyes have lots of difference than when I first started out!!. They're actually equal now. My jaw has been fixed and I'm feeling real confident than ever. Thank you so much I hope God blesses you❤❤❤❤❤
I am doing these exercises for almost 3 weeks now with 3 repetitions at once. I started it because the right side of my face looks like that it is sagging or lower than the left side. I wanted my right eyebrow to get into a higher position, also the under eye area to get lifted. I am taking photos every 3.day. I haven't reached my goals entirely, but I can say that these exercises made my eyes shinier, they are not that tired anymore, and what is amazing that probably because of the first exercise my lips look more definied and got fuller. I will build into my routine the 6 mins uneven face series, hopefully it will quicken the results! But the key is consistency and visualization! :) #Hisdream Many thanks for these great exercises! I am really grateful that I found your channel!
Hi Kriszti I appreciate this great comment and your great news of change! Your positivity and steadiness will get you your goal Im sure :) More stuff for our balanced body coming soon Thank you!
Tips to avoid asymmetrical face: don’t sleep on one side of the face, don’t chew with one side, blink with 2 eyes fully (this might seem weird but some people blink with only one eye and the other blinking only half way), don’t tilt ur head too much!
As seen in my profile picture my right eye and eyebrow are more raised than my left side, making my face appear extremely wonky. i am going to do these exercises 5 times a day until i see progress. i will update this comment once a week to share my progress and see if this works. wish me luck!
ok wait,, i did this ONCE and my eyebrows already look much more symmetrical. my left eyebrow is higher than my right, but now they almost look even! thank you so much!! i’ll be doing this daily :))
Oh my god finally I found this! I’ve been struggling because my eyebrows and eyes are not symmetrical which makes it weird when I do my eyebrows. Thank you for this! I hope it will work.
Just started today, hopefully my eyebrows will start being symmetrical! Edit: Day 2: Did this twice today but for now, no change but I can feel something in my face after the exercise. Edit: Day 3, just did so as of now nothing really changed but for now I will update my comment until I see a change. EDIT ON JAN 27: Yes I saw a difference and it works, just be consistent and do this ONCE/TWICE a day!
@@ezrealakash4256No changes atm that’s why in the comment i said when i see a change i will update it. If you’re doing this exercise just remember it takes a lot of time and effort for it to work.
After using the inverted filter on TikTok it ruined my self confidence and made me realise that the right side of my face looks different from my left side, turns out my entire face is so unsymmetrical I’ll be doing this everyday and update YALL about the results UPDATE: I’ve been doing this for three weeks and there are some few changes, it’s working but it takes a lot of time and patience. for those who are looking for an update its been a very messy 5 months there would be weeks where I wouldn't do it but ill try my best to update you guys when my face gets symmetrical
It’s my 2nd month now trying this every single day. Thanks to this it makes me feel quite confident taking photos because it truly works which I never thought that it will... it’ll be the best also if you’re feeling motivated to this exercise. I tried doing my nose and lips too and I can see clearly some changes on my face as I take pictures daily. The more I look at them, the more i get used to what actually my appearance is. I’m happy with the results that I got so far as it improved the stiffness of my neck making it even to one side to another. It’s changed to a better one this time without having surgery:)) I suggest to keep focus on doing this daily before you go to bed and when u wake up! :)
Is it possible in 10-15 days to have fixed eyebrows? And when they become better are we supposed to continue doing this for years or not?? Thanks a lot
@@priyanshi26.lohiaaa based on my experience, yes it did work for me! I tried to do it before i go to bed and when I wake up in the morning. Also I think it’s better if you take pics of yourself daily to see the result and to get used on what your appearance actually look like when inverted :))

Even though most comments are from bots, I can confirm that this worked for me. It took around 5 weeks of doing it every day for 10-15 minutes and now my eyes are symmetrical. Also, uneven natural eyelash curl may contribute to asymmetry as well. Thank you for posting this.
Holy shit. My eyes were asymmetrical, one was higher than the other and also slightly “rotated” (it wasn’t perfectly horizontal if that makes sense). I’ve only been doing these exercises for 4 days (about 10 mins every morning) and can already see a small difference. I’ll update on day 30 or something. This has definitely motivated me to keep doing them.
First of all, thank you very much. I'm glad I found your clip. I made this clip for about a month and it really worked. I really like your clip. Thank you very much.😭❤️ May everyone who follows this clip keep fighting.
My eyes are hooded & I used to have uneven eyelids (one of them hanging lower than the other) before trying this. So it wasn't the problem shown in the thumbnail, but you helped me so much, thanks!
@@missfortune1808hi! Can't tell precisely 'cause I just don't remember but maybe a month? Between two weeks and two months in any case. And ever since, I've only done it about twice a year - just on those bad days when my eyelids do happen to crease unevenly. Most of the time they look absolutely fine.
This worked immediately! Just after some fee days i noticed great improvements in my eyes. I used to be so insecure in mirrored photos and now i am just how i look in the camera phone. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
Hey so I decides to type up a comment on this so others can see if it works or not. My right side of the face is bigger than my left side and it makes me feel so ugly especially after using the tiktok inverted filter so I've been trying facial exercises to see if that helps. I've been doing the fix uneven eyes, nose, cheeks, lips and the asymmetrical face tmj. I'm going to be doing it from sep1-oct-1st so please be sure to like so I can be reminded😊 Day 1-✔️tbh Im ngl I couldn't be bothered to do anything but then I decided to pull myself together now instead of crying about it later. Day 2-✔️I gave it another go and honestly it isn't that bad the videos are only like a couple minutes long and so all the exercises I do take up to about 20 min Day 3-✔️day 3 is complete and I'm trying to keep this in my daily routine so I can get used to this whole routine thing but it's not even going that bad so far. Day 4-✔️I personally see a difference but that might just be because I know I'm doing these excersice so I'm kinda expecting results even though I know it takes time. I asked my sisters if my face looked different but they just said I look the same but that's OK cuz it's only been 4 days I'm not expecting to see results ASAP Day 5-✔️I can kind of see a difference in my nose area and whenever I do the exercises that I used to find stiff I don't find them as stiff as before but their still is a bit of stiffness so I will continue to do these exercises Day 6-✔️I didn't get y oh do it in the morning so I did it twice at night Day 7-❌it was my first day back at school so I was having to prepare for all of that so I didn't end up getting time to do it Day 8- Day 9- Day 10- Day 11- Day 12- Day 13- Day 14- Day 15- Day 16- Day 17- Day 18- Day 19- Day 20- Day 21- Day 22- Day 23- Day 24- Day 25- Day 26- Day 27- Day 28- Day 29- Day 30- (BTW I DO THIS EXCERCISE 2X A DAY IN THE MORNING AND BEFORE I GOT TO BED)
Dude, seriously guys I've been doing this for only a few days now and it's really helping. My left eye was super hooded and my eyebrow very raised on that side. It's been at least two years. My sister noticed it, I have close up photos like 4 years back and they're perfectly even. Have no clue what caused it, but so glad I found this. I thought eventually I'd need to get surgery to correct it. But think about it, even ppl who have strokes have facial exercises to reorient the face. I feel stupid for not asking google or youtube sooner. But I think I was wording it wrong and always got surgery. They're not perfectly even yet, but man what a difference. I've done them once or twice a day, maybe a little longer than him. Makes me feel kinda silly if I watch myself, but a mirror helps for the last one. And they work if I could post photos here I really would.
Thank you so much! after a few weeks of doing this, sleeping on my bag and not crossing my legs, my eyes are much more even now! I feel less insecure now but I still have to fix my nose
This really works. I'm 17teen.my right eye is smaller than the left eye. I tired many things to make it even.but nothing worked. Just found this video and just did a try omg it really works. Thanks for sharing these exercises ❤❤
My eye and face in mirror 🪞: 👁👃🏻👁 👄 My eye in my back camera 🎥: 👁 👃🏻👁 👄 (I don’t know why , did anyone know why it’s happened?) 😭 This is my big problem!!! “(
Guys it works!! I did the exercises for uneven eyes and I had also a droopy eyelid for like 3 years now and I felt so insecure.. I did the massage at night and I woke up in the morning and I my eyelid wasnt droopy anymore! I did the massage again in the morning and now it's noon I still don't have a droopy eyelid! If It worked so fast I can't wait to do it more times and have long term results
I’m currently on my 15th day and I don’t know if it’s the placebo effect but I definitely noticed some improvement it doesn’t look as bad as it did, you just need to be consistent I will update after finishing a month 💪
this video is GOATED ASFF i literally had eyelid ptosis and it drastically improved my symmetry after doing these exercises for 10 minutes ish with like 2-3 5 mins pauses before going to bed. After i woke up i looked the same on both sides of my face with an inverted filter on snapchat 😮💨😩
@Xia1 i do the full exercise like 3 times then take a 2 to 3 min break to smoke like a cigarette or sum then continue. ive been doing these exercises for a total of like 20 mins a day
I don't think you will...the main cause of skin aging and wrinkles is sun damage, which causes the stuff in your skin that naturally gets rid of wrinkles to slowly drain out. So wear sunscreennn
Cozy Lewis the sun? seriously.... the sun gives you vitamin d lol the sun gives you nutrients boyyyy sunscreen gives you cancer. you should be sun bathing if you burn easily I would suggest when the sun is rising. :)
@@destinypyt3701 The healthy rays of sun that induce vitamin D only occurs early in the morning. Sunburn, Sunstroke and Skin Cancer may also develop due to too much sun exposure. Our Ozone layer has already passed the time(now it's too damaged) where it was able to effectively filter the rays of sun so that we may recieve more of the sun's gifts. It is true though that Suncreens are one of the most common cases thst lead to skin related diseases so caution is grestly advised when using one.
Thirdeyeshordy i can’t tell if ur joking or not but please wear sunscreen😬wearing sunscreen still gives u vitamin d without the sun damage when under the sun
Hey guys, I did these exercises twice a day for 1 month but I was not able to see any results so I have stopped doing it. I just wanted to say it works differently for everyone, I think my asymmetry would be genetic so it was not able to get corrected but if you want to try you can definitely go for it
To people who have some sort of slight facial asymmetry: do you all usually sleep on one specific side of the face? Could that be the reason why one side is a bit lifted or pressed or whatever? I know I do tend to fall asleep on my right side of the face, which is the one that looks a bit more lifted, and maybe it became like this with time idk. What are yall's experiences? Do you think that could be the cause?
Yes. All throughout my life, I have been more prone to sleep or rest my hand on my right side. Just this year is when I truly noticed the asymmetry. My left side droops lower than my right, and looks bigger/less feminine and defined than my right. I’ve started mewing and sleeping on my left side, and doing massages for that side of my face and neck. Hopefully I see results.
I think this is really possible. I wasn't aware of this fact but I've just realized that that was the real problem since my childhood. My parents say even when I am a baby I was sleeping on my right side and because of that my left ear is flap-eared. I am trying to change this habit but it is really difficult. I don't know why but I can not fall asleep on my left side.
My jaw is 1mm to the left. Now that doesn't sound like much, but I thought about it. Why the hell is my jaw not aligned correctly. Then I realised. For most of my life I slept on my stomach and on the right side of my face. All that time quite literally shifted my whole face to the left. I could see it with my jaw, my left cheek, and my left eye. All out of position because I slept like a retard all my life. My jaw even clicks.
@@TheBigShowDown I've always slept the same way! Ever since I noticed my slight face asymmetry and hypothesized that my sleeping position may be the cause, I've been trying to sleep either on my back or with the left side down, but it's really hard and I often can't fall asleep until I take the usual position. It's kind of irritating but reading your replies makes me wanna do my best not to make it worse. We can do it guys, we're in this together hahah. But in all seriousness, changing our sleeping habits and massaging our faces won't make us perfectly symmetrical, and that's ok. We should all ultimately accept our flaws, embrace them and know that we're all beautiful in our own way. I know that it can be bothering, I personally am super self conscious about everything, let alone when it comes to taking photos of myself and stuff. But I've kinda learned that people don't care that much about us and how we look: some may have never even noticed our "flaws", some may not care and some may think we're ugly. That's how it is for everyone and for any kind of insecurity, and we can't let it stop us from living happily. Anyways, it's always nice finding people that share something with you on the internet, and I just want you to know that no matter what you're struggling with, you're never alone and reaching out to literally anyone can help. -Thank you for joining my TED Talk lmao
I always slept on my right side as a kid because I was scared to not be facing my door, I’m now 21 and have noticed my facial asymmetry for years now, my lips nose and eyes are all slightly askew. Basically it looks like I’m stressed or uncomfortable when my face is at rest. It’s really hard to socialize because of this, unless it’s with my really good friends and no one else. :/ Oh yeah and I also fell straight on to my two front teeth in kindergarten they were black for a while and they fell out cause they were still my baby teeth, idk if this has anything to do with it though. Before puberty I didn’t have noticeable asymmetry, I was picking up girls and all that, until I got severe acne, and as my bones grew my facial asymmetry became more pronounced, it’s either that or I only noticed it because I was looking in the mirror more often I’m not sure. Before I got acne I would sometimes go days without looking in the mirror for more than a second or two. I would even sometime look in the mirror and be like “ that’s me, I’m that guy... cool!” But maybe I’m just weird. Now I don’t have acne but my skin is far from the best, my only insecurity is my asymmetrical face.
Hey HisDream, could you please make a full yoga session for stretching and fixing unbalances for morning and evening? I want to have a morning and night routine for stretching and fixing my unbalances. I can't sleep on my back and I really want to have a better aligned body, considering I have been actively working out for past 3-4 years. I would even pay for this reuqest and I think a lot of people want to have this incorporated in their lifestyle. Im doing the 5 min stretch right now, but I feel like I need more, that feels rushed. We really appreciate the work you are doing, really bringing value to this platform and the fitness community. Definitely need to reach your message to more and more people. Cheers and sorry if I may sound to offensive with this request!
Honestly someone needs to open a group chat and anyone that thinks they have an unsymmetrical face can sending a picture of the part they think it’s asymmetrical and everyone can say whether it is or not and if it is oh well no one’s perfect and if it isn’t then you can I have a confidence boost

Amazing, amazing , straight to the point. I felt instant relief with the first exercise. I already do other exercises but I had no clue I had this until I got my long awaited id in the mail, and was like “hey wait a minute” This video was perfect, no talking, timed, quick, efficient. Thumbs up, new sub. Thank you
I started to do this exercises about 5 months ago, and I can say it works for sure! I had asymmetry specially when I was smiling, I don't have anymore 🙏🏼 both eyebrows get at the same height when I smile now and also the size stay the same. I'm very thankful for this video ❤️🙏🏼❤️
@@Loyannelima i did them 9x a day for a month and see no change but thank you ill try it again and ill try doing it for longer and see if i can see anything change
Everyone in the comments don’t worry. I was in the exact same place and I thought my face was so uneven but it isn’t. You just aren’t used to seeing yourself normally instead of in a mirror so any little imperfections become exaggerated. I’d advise you scroll through videos of people saying their faces looks different with the inverted filter and you’ll see it isn’t actually that different :)
Doing this exercise 2 times per day and other yr exercises as well: 1 day: no change 2 day: i see a tiny change 😊 3 day: tinny change still gotta work 4 day: no change 5 day: my second eye got a little bit bigger and symmetric but I don’t see any change on my eyebrow last 2 days 6 day: no change 7 day: no change at all Third week: something has changed. I look better in inverted filter
Day 1: did it once no changes Day 2: did it x3 no changes Day 3: did it x3 no changes Day 4: did it x3 little change Day 5: did it x3 its starting to work Day 6: did it x2 can see a difference but when i smile my left eye still dissapears and my left eyebrow still asymmetrical Day 7: same as day 6 Day 8: skipped Day 9: did it x2 my left eye nows almost big as my right eye
I don't care what y'all say, I know after years of migraines my left side of my face seems to have fallen lower than my right. I'm doing it and going to be doing it everyday!! I'll keep you posted if it starts working, at least to relieve headaches would be excellent for me.
Note: that sleeping on your side will make your face asymmetrical So please always try to sleep on your back Which will help proper facial growth specially during the puberty I myself have experienced that personally ~ I was so depressed during puberty which made me unsocial That I used to sleep all day long And always on right side But now I can clearly see that compared to my left side my right jaw is small or undeveloped One side of my face is bigger than the other side It is because that sleeping on side putted pressure on that side making it not able grow properly, it also made my teeth of that side slightly worn down as a result making my lower jaw leaning towards the right side which makes my face look asymmetrical and right side jaw Small compared to the left side jaw I just wanted to share it with you guys so that whoever is reading may not do the same mistakes that I have done *Edit:* corrected some misspelled words
Guyz I've noticed a lot of difference while repeating this exercise for 1week!! I recommend it for everyone and stay patient to have better results💗💗🫶🏻
I hope people don’t actually see us like that, I also read that the picture we see in the camera isn’t accurate due to the pixels etc and only shows how we really look from a few feet away 😕 Going to try this from now though.

fun fact here, when you flip yourself using an iphone camera or the tiktok filter, you care naturally going to notice that some parts of your face look different, what you see in the mirror is pretty much exactly what your friends and family see! this is becuase when we see our face flipped for the first time, we start spotting imperfections with our face symmetry, it’s actually not as bad as you think! it’s just your brain making it seem worse than it actually is. firstly as we are seeing ourselves through a camera, the camera shot will obviously pixelate it and turn it into a digital image so that we can’t see the full 3Dness of our face, causing it to look uneven, secondly, this actually happens with everyone! find a picture of a friend or a family member, edit it so that it’s flipped, their face will look different! so it’s nothing to worry about if you think you have an uneven face, your face is beautiful and to other people your face looks perfectly symmetrical anyways! xx
(i did comment this on one of the other comments but i think more people need to hear this
is that true that our face in the mirror is a face that our friends and family see?

Ibo it’s only impossible if it’s bone or cartilage, if you have uneven muscles pulling in different directions in your face due to tightness and lack of use it’s going to create assymetry. That’s why everyone has asymmetrical poster because most people are left or right handed causing them to use one side of their body more
My one side of face is lifted upwards and other side seems like depressed and sad..my cheeks of one sided looks chubby other side flat

Does this also work for assymetrical eyebrows by genetics
@@1avender0 If it is truly a genetically caused asymmetry, which, frankly, I doubt, then doing these exercises will most definitely help you to get them more symmetrical. You can also try shaping your eyebrows with a razor or tweezers. Make sure to drink lots of water, exercise three to four times a week and live an overall healthy lifestyle, too.
@@noyou6271 Okayy thank you
These exercise do work your muscles. Whether or not it will fix facial issues will depend on the individual. The more severe the imbalance is, the less effective it would be or it may take a lot longer. It’s fair to say that they are good. I also love the scriptures that are at the end of each video. Love it ❤️

How long did it take to fix ur face
@@robloxx5431 years
I am doing these exercises for almost 3 weeks now with 3 repetitions at once.

Oh yeah and I also fell straight on to my two front teeth in kindergarten they were black for a while and they fell out cause they were still my baby teeth, idk if this has anything to do with it though.
OMG this actually works 😭😭😭 i am so happy 😭😭😭😭😭😭 thank you very much ❤️❤️❤️

I would even pay for this reuqest and I think a lot of people want to have this incorporated in their lifestyle. Im doing the 5 min stretch right now, but I feel like I need more, that feels rushed.
We really appreciate the work you are doing, really bringing value to this platform and the fitness community. Definitely need to reach your message to more and more people.
Cheers and sorry if I may sound to offensive with this request!
Jesus is the truth.
Thank you very much sir I got bullied in the first face to face classes but now it works 3 months of this It's work thank you
Tip: Dont do these in public
damn it i was planning on doing it infront of everyone
@Saimir you just ruined my plan
Yeahhhhh!😅
(◍•ᴗ•◍)❤
Is this possible if i do this like 5 times a day beacuse my graduation is in 4 days
Howd it go
do it like 10 times a day
HOW WAS IT?
Lmao
How did it go??
Honestly someone needs to open a group chat and anyone that thinks they have an unsymmetrical face can sending a picture of the part they think it’s asymmetrical and everyone can say whether it is or not and if it is oh well no one’s perfect and if it isn’t then you can I have a confidence boost
Yesss
Why dont you make one and invite few people insecure about thier asymptomatrical faces
@@thomascurry7028 idk how ??
This actually works sm!! Only been doing this for 3 days and i can already see a difference 😭

Ive been feeling so down because Im insecure about my eyes not being symmetrical. I want to try and do this exercise along with other vids for a week so lets go .
Day 1: ✅Did exercises for an hour
Amazing, amazing , straight to the point. I felt instant relief with the first exercise. I already do other exercises but I had no clue I had this until I got my long awaited id in the mail, and was like “hey wait a minute”
This video was perfect, no talking, timed, quick, efficient. Thumbs up, new sub. Thank you
Did it work?
It’s nice to see other people struggle with this. I feel a lot better about myself. I’ll update you guys in a week.
Yea i feel at ease when i know i have someone to relate to like this i just realized this now im a teen;
yo it’s been a week did it work?
Now?
Did it work?
@@bluai I’m actually doing this now since I have school soon I’ll update you for real in a week
I started to do this exercises about 5 months ago, and I can say it works for sure! I had asymmetry specially when I was smiling, I don't have anymore 🙏🏼 both eyebrows get at the same height when I smile now and also the size stay the same. I'm very thankful for this video ❤️🙏🏼❤️
how many times do you do it a day? im doing it a lot but i feel like my eyes are getting even less symmetrical
@@user-ip9fp1fs4m I repeat the video 3x per day during week days, I don't do them on weekends. It has been 5 months and my eyes are finally even 🙏🏼
@@Loyannelima i did them 9x a day for a month and see no change but thank you ill try it again and ill try doing it for longer and see if i can see anything change
@@Loyannelima can you pls tell if you did the same number of sets as shown in video? 4,2,4
@@user-ip9fp1fs4m Never over do it you should give your face muscle to recover 3x a day is enough
Doing this exercise 2 times per day and other yr exercises as well:
1 day: no change
2 day: i see a tiny change 😊
3 day: tinny change still gotta work
4 day: no change
5 day: my second eye got a little bit bigger and symmetric but I don’t see any change on my eyebrow last 2 days
6 day: no change
7 day: no change at all
Third week: something has changed. I look better in inverted filter
Is one of ur eye slightly up then another? And is it getting back to normal.al
@@thingsend yeah, but not only eyes my one eyebrow is slightly higher than the second one too
@@akhmettolepov9177 okay, thank you so much I just wanted to know because my right eye is slightly up than the other eye
Update?
I accepted myself 😂@@lorenzo1697
Day 1: did it once no changes
Day 2: did it x3 no changes
Day 3: did it x3 no changes
Day 4: did it x3 little change
Day 5: did it x3 its starting to work
Day 6: did it x2 can see a difference but when i smile my left eye still dissapears and my left eyebrow still asymmetrical
Day 7: same as day 6
Day 8: skipped
Day 9: did it x2 my left eye nows almost big as my right eye
hey can u please contact me, please tell me is it really working

I don't care what y'all say, I know after years of migraines my left side of my face seems to have fallen lower than my right. I'm doing it and going to be doing it everyday!! I'll keep you posted if it starts working, at least to relieve headaches would be excellent for me.
Did it work?
Been doing this for ten days and see a huge difference!
Hii how are the results now?
@@Puff-yp3eg Still seeing good results. I do it a few days a week now.
@@cindylou42 update pls
@@cindylou42what about now
@@cindylou42repy
Note: that sleeping on your side will make your face asymmetrical
So please always try to sleep on your back
Which will help proper facial growth specially during the puberty
I myself have experienced that personally ~ I was so depressed during puberty which made me unsocial
That I used to sleep all day long
And always on right side
But now I can clearly see that compared to my left side my right jaw is small or undeveloped
One side of my face is bigger than the other side
It is because that sleeping on side putted pressure on that side making it not able grow properly, it also made my teeth of that side slightly worn down
as a result making my lower jaw leaning towards the right side which makes my face look asymmetrical and right side jaw Small compared to the left side jaw
I just wanted to share it with you guys so that whoever is reading may not do the same mistakes that I have done
*Edit:* corrected some misspelled words
Guyz I've noticed a lot of difference while repeating this exercise for 1week!! I recommend it for everyone and stay patient to have better results💗💗🫶🏻
I hope people don’t actually see us like that, I also read that the picture we see in the camera isn’t accurate due to the pixels etc and only shows how we really look from a few feet away 😕 Going to try this from now though.
I did it for 5 days three times a day and it really works. I see the difference, so happpyyy
Just an update. I’ve done this for two weeks and see a difference already.
Idk why but I thought people were lying or it was just a place i effect but I definitely see a difference in my before and after
Thanks man
