    In this age of kali , people are accepting the wrong as right and the right as the wrong .
    People are seeking Ravana as the dominant dashing cool villian and Shri Ram as a boring hero . They are able to find the false goodness in Ravana but not able to find the goodness in the True source of all goodness , Bhgavan Shri Ram .
    So we have tried to make our citizens aware about these types of people spreading the propaganda of glorifying Ravana .
    Lets chant the names of the lord and sing the glorification of his pastimes....💙💙💙
    Hare Kṛṣṇa

    1. You point out Ramayana 7.24 to say that Ravana had killed Surpanakha’s husband and made her a widow. But he had done so by mistake. युद्धे प्रमत्तो व्याक्षिप्तो जयकाङ्क्षी क्षिपञ्शरान् | नावगच्छामि युद्धेषु स्वान्परान्वाप्यहं शुभे | तेनासौ निहतः सङ्ख्ये मया भर्ता तव स्वसः|| In the heat of battle, being carried away by a desire to triumph, I loosed my shafts without being able to distinguish mine own people from others and did not recognize my brother-in-law whom I struck in the height of the conflict. That is how your consort fell under my blows in the fight. Even Shiva had killed his own son without knowing.
    2. You say that Ravana had raped a woman and hence girls should not desire a brother like Ravana. But they also do not want a husband like Rama who could not make Sita pregnant even after living with her for 25 years.
    3. Taking away some one else’s wife was the right of the Brahmins and Ravana was a Brahmin. When Shvetaketu’s mother was being dragged away by a Brahmin Shvetaketu became angry at which Shvetaketu’s father told him not to be angry because that is Sanatan Dharma in which Brahmins had a right to take any woman they desired and compared a woman to the promiscuity of the cows. श्वेतकेतोः किल पुरा समक्षं मातरं पितुः| जग्राह ब्राह्मणः पाणौ गच्छाव इति चाब्रवीत् || ऋषिपुत्रस्ततः कोपं चकारामर्षितस्तदा |मातरं तां तथा दृष्ट्वा नीयमानां बलादिव || क्रुद्धं तं तु पिता दृष्ट्वा श्वेतकेतुमुवाच ह | मा तात कोपं कार्षीस्त्वमेष धर्मः सनातनः || अनावृता हि सर्वेषां वर्णानामङ्गना भुवि | यथा गावः स्थितास्तात स्वे स्वे वर्णे तथा प्रजाः || Mahabharata 1.113.11-14.
    4. You quote 7.26 of Ramayana to say that Ravana could not have touched Sita due to a curse. But you are God Rama did not know about this. That is why he told Sita that Ravana must have raped her. न हि त्वां रावणो दृष्ट्वो दिव्यरूपां मनोरमाम् | मर्षयेत चिरं सीते स्वगृहे पर्यवस्थिताम् || "Seeing you, who are endowed with a beautiful form and attractive to the sense, detained for long in his abode, Ravana could not have endured your separation." (6.115.24)
    5. You must understand that if Ravana is a villain for some, he's a hero for some others. In Sri Lanka he is worshipped as a great King. Do you know that in India also Ravana is worshipped by many? People of Mandya and Kolar in Karnataka, people of Bisrakh UP., the tribals of Gadchiroli in Maharashtra and the Mudgil Brahmins of Jodhpur and people of Kangra in Himachal Pradesh worship Ravana. Madsaur in Madhya Pradesh has a 35-foot-tall statue of Ravana which is worshipped and not burnt. Have you ever thought that they must be getting hurt when you burn the effigy of Ravana every year? Winners write History and Rama won so History eulogizes him and condemns Ravana.

      Please don't misinterprete the central message and meaning of the verses , You should understand the scriptures under the guidance of a devotee who has been having experience in reading different sashtras . Please don't take out the meanings by your mental speculation , we can never know the core and central message of the verses .

      @@tj16108 6. How do you say that I have ‘misinterpreted’? What is the ‘central’ message and meaning? But you say at the end ‘we can never know the core and central message of the verses'? If we can never know, how do you claim to have known the ‘central message’ and that I have not? On what basis you say that I have ‘taken out the meanings by my mental speculation’? If one has to understand the scriptures under the guidance of a devotee who has been having experience in reading different shastras, is the video-maker having experience in reading different shastras that he is telling that lady about Ramayana 7.14? You are only indulging in ad hominem and not meeting the issue raised.

      @@tj16108 7. So, is what your acharyas say correct and what I say misinterpretation? Is that the standard by which measure the ‘correctness’ of interpretation? What if your acharya had made a mistake? Bertrand Russell says ‘The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves and wiser people so full of doubts’. Is Bertrand Russel wrong? Was Ravana a Brahmin or a demon? If Brahmin is one who known ‘Brahman’, can there be a demonic Brahmin? If Ravana was not a Brahmin but a demon, why did Rama expiate for killing Ravan? Padma Purana - Patala Khanda - Chapter 8. 7-15 mentions that Rama expiated.
      8. On what basis you say that Rama was a Purushottama? Because your acharyas have said so?
      9. Which time is good? The time when we were told that the earth is standing on the shoulders of four elephants who are in turn standing on a turtle which is turn in swimming in an ocean (Ramayana) or when we are told that earth is a planet that is rotating on its axis causing day and night and revolving round the sun causing years? My choice is second. What is your choice?
