What could have been.

Well... Here it is... The video that you've all been waiting for... Or at least a portion of it.
⬇️BACKSTORY⬇️
The LuigiChannel50 Iceberg is one of those video projects that has been in the works for way longer than I would like to admit. The idea first came about when @CorsonDrax and Random Numbers put together the original image on February 11, 2021, Days after the release of Online Harassment Part 2 on @dabhdude 's channel.
The script was eventually written on June 11, 2021 before being finalized on July 11, 2021 a month later.
The video was set to release in between August and October before being put on hold due to burnout and complications with the editing process. The project laid dormant for the remainder of 2021 and received minor adjusts during the beginning of 2022.
It was picked back up for the final time on July 20, 2022 before being permanently cancelled due to an egregious amount of issues with the script.
What I have brought fourth today is all of the progress I have made on the video starting from July of 2021 up until now, The initial eight minutes were completed on the first day of editing while the last minute was completed a few hours before writing this. (Although I did go back and polish up some of the rough edges)
⚠️REASONS FOR THE CANCELLATION⚠️
1. The script and overall image itself are incredibly dated for today's standards, With 40% of the writing being relegated to 2021 material.
2. Many of the original images were lost in the transfer from the old PC to the current one, Most of which utilizing a specific browser extension (That doesn't work anymore) that allows me to screenshot full web pages.
3. While it may have been a slam dunk of an upload for 2021, The same can not be said for 2022, A year where nothing aside from Plush Videos and Livestreams can crack over 200+ views.
This isn't to say that I necessarily care about view counts all that much, But it is to say that I have no real incentive in putting this specific video out. What may have worked in 2021 no longer does.

We can go ahead and speculate all day about how amazing this video could've been had it released at the optimal time, But there's really nothing productive to come from that.
So instead, Let's enjoy the work that was already done (I know I sure did), And move on to bigger and better things :D

Even though this was just nine minutes it was still fantastic, I'm sad we're never getting the full thing but I can still understand it. (I would try and finish it myself but I probably want to discuss the drama stuff even LESS than you do, Especially the *shudders* s baiting situation)

It's a shame this project fell through, but man, what we STILL got was REALLY GOOD, like it sucks to see it all go, but I guess it's for the best. :(
