What does ASMR stand for?

What IS ASMR?
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus.
Examples of different ways to experience ASMR~
🧠Physical ASMR
Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while having your hair brushed/styled/touched, getting your forehead rubbed or your face touched softly while getting makeup applied. Someone softly tracing upon your back.
🗣Auditory ASMR
Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while listening to a particular sound that triggers you. There are several different sounds that may trigger this feeling; such as a whispered voice, typing on a keyboard, water swishing sounds, listening to someone write, turn pages in a book, tap on objects, etc.
👁Visual ASMR
Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while observing someone create art, slice foods, carve soap, wood, candles, trace over shapes/letters with their finger or a pointer etc.

Sega appeared in my 95th year. I really liked the games: Stargate, Pocahontas, Comix Zone, Revolution X, Evander Holyfield's Real Deal Boxing, Zero Tolerance, Flinstones, Sonic, Gain Ground, Toejam & Earl Panic on Funkotron, Warlok, Garfield, Toy Story, Moonwalker. I really like this console. A lot of memories. I remember skipping school and sitting at home playing Stargate, while my parents were in another city at that time.😋 I always did not like school. I decided to spend all my childhood on films and video games. Because I decided to start studying well in college - I learned to be a car mechanic, I love mechanics, electrics and electronics.❤️
Now I have Sega Gopher. Now I really like the game Gain Ground.❤️😊

One of my biggest and earliest triggers is watching someone 'show and tell" an item that they are super excited about so the part where you showed the game cartridge you loved was ultimate asmr for me. That's also why I love your vinyl and room tour videos

My favorite part of this video was definitely you gushing over the 'Wacky Worlds' game, it was so incredibly adorable!! 😊❤️ Kudos to Mother Prim for getting you the cute Pac-Man shirt, I dig it! 👌 And speaking of solitaire, I'd so love for you to make another video of you playing solitaire. Your old solitaire video is still one of my favorites and it feels about time to revisit that idea! 😃 Now regarding the Sega Genesis Classic Game Console itself, there are some GLARING omissions in the 3 'Streets of Rage' games & 'Castlevania: Bloodlines'. Those are true Genesis classics and I can't believe were left out! 🤯 As it stands, my favorite games here are the 'Golden Axe' & 'Mortal Kombat' games. 👍 The rubbing sounds when you were dusting the box off were real nice and I'd like to hear more of that if you come back for a video where you do tracing & such with this box. I also totally loved the hand movements to begin & end the video too as they induced some tremendous tingles!! 😌 I just thoroughly enjoyed this video, it was plain old fun and I'm totally up for anymore video game related videos you wanna make; game store roleplay, show & tell and I'd especially love to see you do a "Let's Play" video of 'Dead Rising 3'! 😉😁

Prim, I love that shirt. The fact that it has the Pacman characters on the front and on the sleeves adds a lot of colors making it a really cool shirt. That Genesis Game Console looks like it could be a collectors item. That looks like a fun game to play. There are a lot of games listed on the back of the box. I didn't know there is such a wide variety to choose from. I love the sound of your voice. It is super soft and relaxed and soothes my mind as I listen. You are perfectly suited for ASMR. I also like the color of your nails. Very nice.

I remember SEGA. Played it at my grandmas house, they we wer picked up by our parents and we got too far into the game. We left the SEGA on for almost a week. My grandpa made sure my grandma did not turn it off (I will divorce you if you do it to the kids, he said). But it did not work. I guess you cannot leave it on for so long. But those were great memories.

I still have the original 1st Mega Drive version with all the games... I loved Streets of Rage 2 and Sonic 2
It was mainly nes games, and it was to blow the dust out. But it actually made things worse, with the moisture from the breath affecting the game over time

Fun fact - the Sonic games were way easier in the UK, because of some odd technical quirks when it came to the display format for TVs here and in Europe. Essentially, games like Sonic ran slower. Playing the official emulated versions you can buy on Steam for PC, I promptly discovered that Sonic is a lot harder than when I was a kid, because now it's running at full speed.

While this AtGames console may have problems with the audio, at least this one can actually load Sega Genesis cartridges instead of the official "Sega Genesis Mini" where all of the games are on the console

That's one of the only games I can play time and time again and not get tired of. It has a lot of secrets and multiple pathways, so you can always find something new each time you play.

Back in the day you were either a Sega or a Nintendo person. I guess that type of rivalry has continued with Xbox vs Playstation. Y'all don't even know how big it was when Street Fighter 2 came out on SNES! The sleepovers!!

I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where, uh, Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums.
