Why is issuing of credit card fast like that in Canada. I think it takes at least few months for most people in UK to get theirs.
Is it because you've been in a western nation before?
Banks have newcomer packages to encourage use of the credit system

When I came to Canada from Poland 40 years ago I had a job for over a year and money in the bank yet I was rejected for credit card by 2 banks
Today they give credit card to anybody.
Canada is running on debt and on drugs.
Half the population is hallucinating all the time..
Nothing is left of the great country called Canada from 40 years ago .
