Howard in every interview. "Let me soak you in", "So in other words" Let me try and understand this". After most of these quotes Howard just repeats what was already said by the person being interviewed. In my opinion it's because he's killing time because he doesn't know how to conduct an honest interview. RIP Howard (Imus) Stern. Oh wait, get Beth on the radio, that's always entertaining.

This is the way he treated people who worked for him and in the background, a few months before the Pelican Brief, Howie was mad at his staff that he doesn’t get a list celebs.
Howard is such a fool and his revisionism of his own show is beyond insane. He always booked A-List celebs on his show and many of them gladly obliged; the problem was he couldn't book the ones that he desperately wanted to be friends with, like Brad Pitt or Orlando Bloom, aka hot dudes he wanted to have sex with.
Gary's incompetence in the early days was scary. Howard should have kept him at 150 a week, that was a perfect salary for fa fa for fo.

Gary didn’t screw up, Howard was just a jerkass.
Gary didn't do his job actually. His boss told him to sort the screens out and he never did it. Gary has as big an ego as Howard, he never took responsibility for his mistakes or incompetence. He always deflected or blamed others. Imagine in any other job a subordinate speaking to their boss like this after not doing their job... 😂
14 million net worth and 4 million a year salary...

Modern Day Howard is horrible. I miss how dumb and incompetent Baba-Booey is.
Boy you can really tell the decline in the show with this clip. Fred is reactive and the sounds he drop are mundane and just literally what Howard just described. And if Howard was getting any jokes from his “writers” nothing worked.
Howard was on an island the second Jackie left. After that Howard had to rely on a drunk coke addict and unfunny jock sniffers with no talent.
It’s no wonder he threw up his hands and gave up and just stripped the show down.
