ITZY doesn't diet. The eat a lot. There isn't any ITZY content off stage that doesn't involve them eating anything and everything. They dance their butts off and burn calories like you could never imagine, there is absolutely NO need for them to diet.
why are you assuming their diets? 🤨 they never mentioned going on crazy diets. they seem to eat very healthily and they work out a lot already from dancing. nothing wrong with maintaining a slim figure as long as you’re healthy 🤷🏻♀️
i thought that at first but I think it was due to their preparation for the concerts and we know how hard their choreos are and how hard they perform so let us just hope they are healthy and have some rest

I saw the concert in Chicago. Chicago gave extra love to Chaeryeong and Ryujin. Ryujin had fun checking out all the different people in the crowd.
