I have a 1996 VN 1500, when they first came out that bike was the big boy on the block, Harley's at the time only made an 80 cubic inch at the time and everyone I ran into on a Harley hated me riding with them for that fact lol I purchased that bike in May or June 1995. Well after all this time 3 years ago I found one on Facebook marketplace same color same year with only 17,000 miles on it and I contacted the seller immediately and purchased it, did some basic maintenance on it fluids etc. And the bike is awesome a lot of sentimental value for me to have one again, Harley rider's pull up to me now and tell me what a gorgeous bike I have, it kinda mint also, replacing the rear tire before the next season these bikes have a lot of history attached to them, it forced Harley Davidson to upgrade their 80 cubic inch to the twin cam 88 just because of these bikes, I love mine.....👍
Wow, this video is nly from 2023 and the bike is from 1998, so that's a near mint 26 year old bike now in 2024. I own a 2004 with 20k miles on it and it is the equivalent of driving a 1970's Cadillac. It feels like a huge, safe boat. It is so nimble and easy to ride like a GoldWing.
One stunning and gorgeous cruiser. The history and sentimental value, that Justin had for his Dad's Bike. I totally understand. AA dollar value can't be out down, on that, because of what it stands for. Whomever buys that new, out of crate bike, will be one happy camper. Love those mag wheels.
What a gorgeous piece. I feel bad in a way that Justin sold that bike after all he went through in honor of his dad. But I know he wouldn’t do it if he didn’t really want to so I guess it’s OK. I don’t think there’s a better one on the planet. Justin and Kaplan Cycles rock!!! Hey Sr, any word on Justin maybe excepting the position when Kyle leaves? Thanks.
I have a mint 98 Vulcan 1500 Classic. These are great bikes. Thanks for sharing.
