Isaiah 53 is not talking about a physical healing. If you read it it will say because of your iniquities (sins). There are some non-believers who have better health than believers do

Yes, Isaiah 53 does include physical healing, that is exegeted by Matthew for us explicitly in Matthew 8:16-17 (NAS) - 16 When evening came, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed; and He cast out the spirits with a word, and b)healed all who were ill. 17 This was to fulfill what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet: "HE HIMSELF TOOK OUR INFIRMITIES AND CARRIED AWAY OUR DISEASES."

These scriptures that he is reading are not promises that everyone will be healed

Yes, they are - when the word "salvation" is used in the Christian scriptures (as well as 'shalom' in the Hebrew scriptures) implicit in it is the restoration of the whole person, spirit, soul and body. Even Mr Strong agrees:
