Carnaval de Barcelona 2022: Arribo de Carnestoltes - Arrival of Carnival King P1

L’arribo de Carnestoltes (Carnival King) a La Rambla en Barcelona, de 24 de febrer 2022! Watch the parade along La Rambla to Palau de la Virreina to celebrate the arrival of their majesties King Totil and Queen Belluga. This year’s carnival pay homage to kiosks of La Rambla. After the parade there was the traditional Taronjada, an orange confetti battle and then a spectacular fireworks display (see previous video)

can i ask about 2023 carnivals ??, i will visit barcelona in 19 fev for a week , is there any chance to attend any carnival in this period??

Hello! Yes, Carnavals in Barcelona run
from 16-22 February. The biggest one is in Sitges, about 35 mins by train from city center of Barcelona. The biggest day with the grandest parades will be on the 19th, till evening, perhaps until 10pm or later. www.visitsitges.com/carnaval-sitges-2023/
