This is my first time hearing this....BIG SURPRISE! I LOVE IT! So far this is the ONLY metal female vocalist I've heard that goes beyond the usual cliché's expected of a Female Vocalist. This is Nitte Valo, original singer of Battle Beast. Now they have Noora Louhimo singing, great singer too. Nitte sings in Dreamtale now. First three albums are amazing, then they kicked out their songwriter Kabanen (he was a founder of the band, very talented musician who started a new band called Beast in Black, check it out too). :)

Ignar Baldur Åndersjön the Husky Funny you say that, as I was thinking this is like the the perfect metal song, if you look at it like a formula (which is not to be taken as a bad thing) - it's got a kick ass driving riff that begs headbanging, great crunch on the guitar sound, the killer semi-soloistic bassline (especially in the beginning), great chanting chorus with a cool subject feel, and high pitched vocals (no cookie monster). It has everything *I* like, anyway. lol
That makes me ask myself why there is so little woman singing heavy metal, and the ones that sing, usually does the Nightwish persona... This totally fulminate asses! Amazing!

I honestly can't tell which I like more. Noora is as much a drop in replacement as any band could hope for. I like Noora's clean voice a little more, but Nitte has a great classical sound. It's like comparing Floor to Tarja. Both are great in their own ways, so it comes down to personal preference. I hope to see Nitte back in metal at some point. Any band she fronted would be lucky to have her.

It's amazing how close Nitta and Noora are in their voice and style. Few bands ever do a good job when replacing singers, but Noora does an excellent job as their lead.
Looking back in 2020. Oh boy. Even though Battle Beast right now are not bad at all, you can't help but feel that they are a nice Battle Beast cover band. Without Nitte and Anton, it's just not the same. I feel lucky to have seen the original lineup live. One of those rare moments of being at the right place at the right time.

I have not ever heard of them however they create AWESOME music. They know how to play their instruments and her voice is powerful. I had also liked the effects at the end of this video it worked for it.
