Don't promote and said things just because the company sponsor the video. The battery life (up to 4 months) it is a complete lie. I bought and installed the cameras a week ago, and the battery long only for 1 day, yes you are reading correctly, all the cameras I have (4 of them) needs to have replaced the battery on every morning. Honestly, it is rubbish. Now I am planning to buy USB-C cables and wall chargers for 5v and 2.1ma, according to what service centre told me, and plug all the cameras to the electricity. It is a complete pain. And is not the configuration, I set all the cameras to start broadcasting when feel the movement in the lowest level possible. So, presumably the battery should long last more. I would not recommend this product. And even worst when trust in people that doing reviews, where supposedly get this behaviour and alert the potential purchasers before buy it. But not here, many channels doing reviews with Swann as sponsor saying that the cameras are superb, and they are very distant to be even considered just OK. Please be aware, I am a real customer that fell into the trap.
That plug on the front of the battery, is it a USB plug? Can you charge the battery through that plug? If so you could hook up a solar panel to that plug and keep the battery topped of when outside?
Hi! Having real trouble connecting this system wirelessly. I can connect no worries through Ethernet cable, it detects my wireless network but just won’t connect. Are there instructions on how to trouble shoot this? Have previously had it connected wirelessly through a different network at a different property, have hard reset router as well as nvr, and it is 2.4ghz network
I have a security camera that has an SD card installed so it stores the footage on it or it can upload it to the cloud for storage and it sends me the security footage straight to my phone so that i can can control it from my phone from anywhere so that i can rotate and control the camera to have it look around any room or anywhere it has a line of view
These cameras were absolute rubbish. Im returning them even if Seann does not agree to a refund. Detection is erratic and the app does not do anything in time. Takes a few minutes to get into liveview and the intruder, courier person is well gone by then. I just ealked out of the door and into the yard and came back - no notifications, nothing on the app.
These cameras are absolutely dumb, I bought and tried to setup, and it is a debacle. The NVR or hub does not have any settings for the specific cameras, and the detection of cameras is very weak. While taking the camera to a dark space, the spotlights won't turn on, and can not even see how much battery left on the cameras Absolute rubbish
yer i got a camera wifi...no wires...2k.. storage on memory card or cloud storage...everything that ones got. Paid 69 quid for it...if wanted one which is powered by mains plug. Even cheaper..39 quid that's with motion detection and all that shite...can set off high pitch alarm. Or just talk though it..and .parcel detection and tamper proof alarm..works well..??
Can you connect a external power to each camera (Solar panel) instead of having to charge them? Also does it have 24/7 recording?

I am using it its very slow and lagging sometimes not even start live view... waste of money would recommend wired or go for ring cameras pretty good

Does the hub need to be connected to the internet via lan or can this be set up wireless?
It should be but I am having trouble also
Good video this looks good.

It looked great until I saw the price. I would rather pay a third of the price and just buy a sdmi card.

This is what happens when you review something without knowing the market.
