Great kayak for diy capabilities & layout. Not as stable as Hobie PA 12 OR 14 or Titan, if your a big guy - (over 250 lbs) is only downside. Great review.

The pursuit is a faster kayak and more rod storage both are grate but in a kayak tournament you want to be able to get to your spot fastest before the others

Hey dude, I have a Frontier 12 and loved it for a season....except for when there was any wind lol. Pedal power is a game changer.....and not the pedal drive that Nucanoe has.

I don't know about best, I'm sure you were meaning "In your opinion". $1500 for the Yak, and at least $300 for all your accessories, and then you have 13.5 kayak with no rudder, which is fine if you only fish on non windy days. With all these new fishing kayaks that are out with removable center pods, that not only could be used for storage, but they're made to rig your fish finder, battery & transducer, which is easily removed when done fishing for the day. Or you can remove the pod and install a pedal drive unit or trolling motor unit. You have a nice fishing Yak, but in my opinion there are at least 5 more versatile non pedal drive fishing kayaks I would buy before yours.

Your removable center pods restrict foot movement,wouldnt have one they suck.You must just fish sitting.
