I have 6 cats. They're all different. Crouching when you go to pet them doesn't mean she's hitting her like it does with dogs nor does it mean it doesn't trust her. I have one cat that follows me around, loves to snuggle, is the most vocal, but always cowers like that when I pet her.

Definitely. A lot of the time, they may want to be next to you, but not like actual pets. It really depends. Cats are very particular about the way they decide to spend time with us humans! I've got two of them, so I know what you mean ❤
I have one like that, I always have to put hand and arm behind her, not in front her face, to pet her, and she loves pets that way. I've also instituted a word for pets, and I give her a moment to decide if she wants to be petted or not. Cats need communication and accommodation
Cats can be @$$holes, not like dogs at all. Mine come when they want me, not on my terms, they are crazy but I love them so much ❤

It's always a good idea not to initiate the cuddle but to let them come to you. Especially with streets cat or cats who went through stuff.
I have a cat with feline ptsd (yes, diagnosed by me), and I never start to pet her, I just reach out my hand to her and either she starts a cuddle session, or she doesn't move, and I know better than to force a pet on her (might lose a few fingers 😅 )

I’m so sorry. My chihuahua passed away in my arms of the same thing a few months ago. I would say it gets better but…… I have since found a chihuahua again because I just felt lost without a little dog to love. I find myself calling the new one by my old dog’s name all the time because she’s hasn’t been replaced and she still very much missed. Again, I’m so sorry, it’s an awful thing.

I have 3 cats and it costs me £50 a month to insure them. One of my cats was run over £2,800 vet bill covered and a cat that I 'inherited' from my sister had a HUGE abcess on her foot, £1,600 bill covered. Same sister breeds dogs and does not insure her beloved animals...it's caused many an argument between us!!
She uses them to make money for her but won't spend a penny to make sure they stay healthy or can be treated properly when they're not!!

Unpopular opinion: but as a women struggling with fertility issues ever since I can remember wanting a baby I got tired of having to explain myself to society to why I don’t have kids yet so I created this defense mechanism where it became easier to just tell people I don’t want kids just to not have to shamelessly tell people my issues. I believe this is what she did. She’s barren and knows children of her own can’t happen so she says she hates kids but come on a women who hates kids does not slip and say she wants to breast feed other people’s child just sayin
This is possible, although if she wanted kids so badly, you'd think she'd have taken better care of her health before her hysterectomy. Or, she'd adopt.
She's allegedly had two abortions when she was with Peetz, though she might have lied about them. Peetz was probably her best chance to be a mom, in my opinion.
(Not that having an abortion means you don't want kids or like them, of course. Usually just means it wasn't the right time).
