The amount of content creators we have lost over the last few years has been insane, ESPECIALLY since 6.0. Even the creators who came back after leaving due to 6.0 (like CloneGuy) aren't even coming close to the amount of views that they had in years' past and aren't uploading as often as they used to, if at all. There are probably only 3 or 4 WoT Console content creators that I watch on a regular basis now, and that's it. Before 6.0, that number was around 10-12, if not more. The WoT Console community has been in a freefall since 6.0 and it's not slowing down. To me, the closure of the official forums back in 2022 sealed the community's fate and signaled to us that the Devs wanted the game's critical and experienced voices silenced and out of the picture. They've been catering to the window-licking noobs and wallet warriors ever since Mercenaries (and ESPECIALLY since 6.0) and it's cost them.
@@jacobsekela8691 I have a different take on CloneGuy. Remember that he predicted the end of WoT console several times. He also got into a squabble with RaiBOT for some reason, which got him evicted from the ambassador's program. I never quite understood what was his main objective to build an audience on WoT console; maybe to promote his book? I miss Captain Beardface, and The Beard Guys. The Beard Guys were a lot of fun to watch, while Captain Beardface was the no nonsense review of the vehicles. I agree with you about the closure of the forum. As a matter of fact, I never joined the de facto replacement, Discord. Discord is a chat system, which does not procure the same level of quality as a forum. The Discord app. became the main communication system of the Supertesters. I never used it. MaxChaos24 still had to send an email in any case, to inform of the upcoming testing, with the links to the surveys. He could not do that on Discord. When I stopped being a Tester, I immediately deleted Discord. I had to have it, unfortunately, because this was how we got informed of server times, and issues with testing. Someone I know became an Ambassador, and left the program shortly after. While initially WoT offered a lot of incentives to those that contributed, they trimmed down the perks, and he exited. What I personally miss the most is not a WoT console issue though. If you are on a PlayStation, you may remember the Communauty System. This would allow you to join ramdomly people playing the same game you did. This is how I platooned with complete unknown from all over the world. I loved that opportunity. Today I only play solo because I don't want to join any clan, nor do I want to look for people on Discord. Too bad...

Only yesterday I for the first time looked at the Grom in-game - and immidiately thought this are even tier X surpassing stats. At tier 8. I really have no words for this anymore. I can't understand their game design decisions. But yeah, it's money all over again.
Personally with this tank in particular I think its a misunderstanding on our devs part as to why PC was able to give this tank the stats that it has because of its mechanic, and by removing that mechanic and not nerfing statistics where need be we've allowed a stupidly strong tank into the game
@p6x2 I do plan on doing th at at something but currently there's some obvious videos to make like these reviews for new tanks and I have the next two months already scheduled for what I want to put out. I could see what's a priority first through polls though, and I might have too since these new tanks have messed with that schedule
@@JustaCone Just to situate myself, I have been playing WoT console, nothing else but WoT console for about 7 years+. Out of those 7 years, I was a Supertester for 5. I stopped because I was not very interested in Modern Armor, and I did not like the new orientation. When I started, I subscribed to all the channels that made contents for WoT Console. I realized that today, the people playing WoT console are no longer the same. I don't think people are grinding the lines the way we used to, when we were trying to get all the tanks from all the nations. However, back in these days, as a newbie, you would not be able to purchase a Tier X Premium tank for your first battle after training. I don't know how long you have played the game for, but I would say it is quintessential for you to find out what the people that watch your channel are looking for; so you stay within their interest level. Obviously, any new tank needs an evaluation. That's easy. I personally enjoy watching everything, but I am different. I play WoT console because I used to drive real battle tanks in the early part of my life.
I've been playing since the beta of the game on 360, I have a 10 year badge, gonna get 11 years in Feb. And I have all Tech Trees researched in WWII, eagerly awaiting new lines. Keeping people up to date is important to me, so news videos and reviews are essential. I have plenty of gameplay videos and discussion videos on the channel, speculative and critical discussions. Those are also what have been planned in my scheduling and take time and perfection on my part to say what I really want too properly, also why this review was late in terms of wanting to release it Thursday, but it came out Saturday because I kept rewriting the critical portions of the review. I even have a creative piece of content with the community mercenaries which I hope more people start to enjoy because I know I love them. I feel I provide a plethora of content here on the channel, and plan on more creative projects in the new year that are more than just reviews, gameplays, and feedback. It does feel like its been just reviews but that's because in October I did a Awakened Tank Review Marathon with 15 reviews. I have so much to say about this game, but the game is always doing something that moves my scheduling around, and those bigger videos I want to get right, It'll take time of course, again though I could use the polls to determine what people wanna see first, whether that be my take on CW, my thoughts on needed updates and improvements or the state of bots in the game, all of which are videos being worked on.
