Why is not everyone praising business proposal. It's a great nd funny story.
I didn't like it. I have been watching Asian dramas for over ten years now. This is one of my favorite themes, but... I liked the actors, but their characters lacked something. Everything is very templated, full of clichés. Maybe if I didn't have so much viewing experience, everything would look better. The drama only had 12 episodes and it looks like it was missing 4 more.
It will be a CLASSIC ROMCOM K-DRAMA! So very entertaining by two of the best actors , now four great award winning young masterful thespians now veterans!
Cause it's a not so unique plot and has the worst female lead who can be bought and used by her friend and the male lead by Money
And the second Fl was abused when she was drunk and the story went like that's not an offensive thing
I absolutely loved Business Proposal. It's one of the funniest K-dramas there is. Who can forget the line 'The left one is Samantha and the right one is Rachel'? Every episode was hilarious and I thought the cast were great. It's one show I just didn't want to end.
It’s the one and only drama that I watched thrice and likely again anytime soon
I really loved Fight for my way. It generally relates to everyone who were not yet on the right path of their lives and that we should always chase our dreams
Goblin (2016-2017) and Touch Your Heart (2019) are my favourite k-dramas! Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na have the best chemistry! My all time favourite couple ❤️💕

@@A.Archita If you can get over the acting or directing of the lead actress in the first few episodes. I thought she was around 13-14, but she turned out to be 19-20. I cringed every time she came on screen. I paused watching it because it was so bad. I only started watching it again when I had run out of things to watch, giving it a second chance. It became better later.

Exactly the same thing I felt by his natural acting. You wanted to love someone and loved by someone but you realise that its all lie and she was a robot that feeling of sadness , anger he expressed so well that I cried .
Mr. Queen will give you some heavy laughs if you haven't watched it yet. The actress is absolutely genius!

My faves so Far: I AM NOT A ROBOT (my top one on the list. The leads chemistry is sooo natural and the story really touches my heart. Others are, Crazy Love, Personal Taste, The Greatest Love, 20th Century Boy and Girl, Full House, Secret Garden and Familiar Wife. So far these are the dramas that I rewatch again and again and I didn’t got bored at all. With family dramas I like, Smile You, My Father Is Strange, Ugly Alert and Likable Or Not

I was going to say that 'A Business Proposal' was the funniest K-drama but then I remember 'Mr Queen' and my all time favourite 'Goblin: The Lonely and Great God'. 'What's Wrong with Secretary Kim'. etc etc The list goes on and on, and it keeps getting added too. My favourite line out of all these romcoms though is 'The left one is Samantha and the right one is Rachel'. Every time I watch BP that line makes me laugh until the tears run down my cheeks.
Strong woman do bong soon is literally the best drama I've ever watched. Fight for My Way is so underrated! The romance had me kicking my feet. Weightlifting fairy's vibes are immaculate. Crash landing on You was also unbelievably good.
Love to hate you is probably the best Kdrama I have ever watched in terms of simple romance storylines. It's so good, the chemistry and connection between the leads is extremely good. Have repeated it so many times! It's funny, childish yet so mature! 💯

Totally agree. It's refreshing to see male lead being secure in his masculinity through his relationship with Mi-ran & Do won-jun. He doesn't feel emasculated by Mi-ran's athleticism & confidence. With Won-Jun, the practice scene & scandal scene were too funny

I was trying to figure out why I love K-dramas so much. There are many things I like but I think the incredible music in so many of them really elevates them above other countries' dramas.

I've watched Goblin 8 times now and I love the bromance more than the romance. Especially when they are trying to one up each other but then after the horsing around, they get serious with each other, well as serious as those two get anyway. But when they do agree on something, they strut their stuff! And believe me they both have a box of stuff. :~D

@@kdramalover901 I'm sorry you didn't like it and didn't feel the chemistry between the ML's. But I'm not the only one that's seen it multiple times. There are a couple of people that are into double digits of times they've watched it as well.
The chemistry between Eun Tak (Kim Go Eun) and Goblin (Gong Yoo) is weak at first but by the end it's stronger. However, the chemistry between Goblin and Reaper (Lee Dong Wook) and Sunny (Yoo In Na) and Reaper is excellent right from the get go. And Duk Hwa (Kim Min Jae) is just to adorable for words.

I think "She Was Pretty" is one my my top favorites, plus my first Kdrama I watched. To me, it has one of the best love triangles where you can't decide which one you want to route for. Si Won's character as Kim Shin Hyuk was a pure delight.
The legend of the blue sea also makes me laugh in few episodes. She’s so funny. 😂😂

To be honest, The heavenly idol is such an amazing drama and ofc kim min gue is such a handsome nd attracting. Even this delivers the life and all the hectic problems of the trainee nd idol facing while being the best one among all. 5 stars much watch :), definitely gonna like this

I feel like One Spring Night, Something in the Rain, Run On, It's Okay to Not Be Okay, and Because This Is My First Life should have been on this top tier list. They're my absolute favorites with Crash Landing On You, Hometown Cha Cha Cha, Forecasting Love & Weather and some more.
Relationships are sweet, love is growing naturally, and everything seems realistic.

@@aceshorts5864 what do you mean? If you're talking about his acting skills or something like that, I must disagree on that one. You should go and see Misaeng, which a workplace/society drama, with an insightful look on how office life is very hard on anyone who doesn't fit in and a critical view on capitalist society. Yim Si-wan plays the lead role once again, was much younger at that time, and he plays wonderfully (like all the casting imo). You don't have to show much to show real feelings. Less is more, ans subtility is impressive.
I must add to that list the incredible Rain or Shine/Just Between Lovers (Netflix title/Viki alternative title). Lee Jun-ho and Won Jin-A performances are really moving, and this is about worker's lifes, it feels so refreshing to have something about middle/poor class real struggles and mental health troubles du to past trauma. And the sweetness of the relationship. Omg.

Have to agree most of these would be in my top 20, just not the same order that you have, and there are a few that I would replace with other Drama's that I enjoyed more. I see one or two listed below like Oh My Venus, Personal Taste, then I would of included the 1st coffee prince, Protect the Boss, You're Beautiful, Oh my Ghostess, Healer, Suspicious Partner, Twenty Again, Still 17, Hospital Playlist, Our Beloved Summer, Once Upon a small town and I know there are more :)

I would add Rain or Shine (Just Between Lovers). Lee Jun-ho & Won Jin-A I have watched at least 5 times. Some of these on the list , I enjoyed one time, but true test is when you watch over again as time passes. What do you watch over at least every few months?

Crash Landing and Goblin are two of my all time favorite kdramas. However, while they have some brilliant comedic moments, I wouldn’t classify either of them as romcoms.
I've seen most of these dramas and most are great choices for laughs. My favs are Fight For My Way and Shopping King Louie. Here's a few others I found pretty funny - Touch Your Heart, The Greatest Love, Five Enough, Thirty But Seventeen, One More Happy Ending, Warm & Cozy, Love With Flaws, The Time We Were in Love, My Strange Hero and Chinese drama Find Yourself. I had to mention it as it's my top comedy for Chinese series.
You saw Five Enough!!!! I always recommend that one… such an amazing cast! And Touch Your Heart is my absolute favorite.

As for Five Enough, couldn’t get enough of Sung Hoon and Shin Hye-Sun. They are one of my favorite all time drama couples.

I've watched everyone of these Kdramas. I know it's controversial but my least favourite was Goblin and Heavenly Idol. Love, love, loved all the others. Some of them I've seen 2 or 3 times. Go Ho Starry Night, which doesn't get mentioned often, was delightful.

I finished heavenly idol but honestly I loved the grim reaper (Gam-Jae) more than the main lead 😂. I also loved the bromance between the two of them. A very good Kdrama that I would watch again

I’m relatively new to kdramas, but I love a good romcom and kdramas are easily the best source for them. Out of the dozen or so I’ve watched so far What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim is easily my favorite. The humor, the chemistry, the side characters. Everything about it is perfect. Not to mention that Park Min-Young is probably the most beautiful actress I’ve ever seen.

Maybe because it's older very few young people have watch it, but besides the dramas included in this video, The Greatest Love is excellent and was a big hit in and out of Korea at time of airing (2011) and remained very popular some years afterwards.
I often say I am not a fan of rom-coms, but I'm shocked that I have seen practially all these dramas - 17. This is a nice list.
