- Do you feel uncomfortable before going to bed because you could be having a nightmare during your sleep? No more nightmares! This anti nightmare meditation will protect you and prevent bad dreams.
To get rid of nightmares, there's a range of techniques that are effective. They are quick and easy to learn, but unfortunately they are rarely talked or written about. In this meditation, I will explain and teach you all of them AND you will be doing them without any effort.
To prevent nightmares from now until months or even years up in the future, please come back to this meditation every night for the next weeks. And especially when you are scared or when you feel alone or vulnerable.
