Worst storm? Dust storm, it doesn't do anything other than obscuring vision.
For the random meteor showers, an orange sky = iron, titanium, silicon, and cobalt, blue = osmium, Purple = super alloy, and pink = pulsar quartz. I never pay attention during the rocket launch showers because I already know what's coming, but I would assume red = iridium and green = uranium.
21:34 µK is Micro Kelvin it's an SI measurement of temperature.

Desperately needs more power, so ignores all the uranium that can be used for reactors so that he can make some solar panels. Lol
I was thinking the same thing, 2 uranium storms was enough to build 2 or 3 more reactors.

Believe it or not, I think the super alloy storms are the worst. The barrage is insane, and usually when it happens, I don't need them anymore...
Yep. Desperately need super. Meteors holding out. Not needed anymore? Bombarded. 😅 Still a fun game but I turn meteors down by half now. Why bother with them when they are rarely useful. I still want some for atmosphere but the normal setting is too high.

Last episode, I was thinking about how Z should try working on the aesthetics of his base sometime soon, and am happy to see he does indeed work on the aesthetics of his base in the first minutes of this episode. Hope the vibe of the place only progresses as the series continues.
So the backward 'u' is the greek symbol Mu (pronounced mew like mew two). Mu is the symbol thats used to represent the micro scale.

There is accessable Osmium and a shorter shortcut over through the cave near the spikes (spires?) From your base, go to the dark moon area, then left through cave.
And Sulphur too.

@21:20 Everyone should have learned that µ is the symbol for micro. You can type it using Alt Gr + M on the keyboard in most language versions.
Tbh The numbers in this game are kind of silly. I really wish they would have done that more realistic.
700µK is 0.000007 Kelvin, and 0 Kelvin is basically -460F or -273C. You basically need 273 Kelvin to be above freezing.

Love the new screen setup and floating base. Brings out the asthetic. You should place your fuses as soon as you can. You need to remember that fuses are multiplicative with rockets. So even though an extra rocket is 1000% this adds with other rockets. While your first fuse is 500% but is multiplied to your current output.
you should check your shortcut once you get to trees, you might be pleasantly surprised ;)

@z1gaming... FYI. You don't need the biodome for the biomass blueprints. Just go to normal blueprint screen and click the "leafy" button under the "planety" button on top left. You're welcome! 😁

Shame the devs didn’t add a new generator that requires the 5 different quartz crystals. Which gives an insane amount of power and other benefits to terraforming. Maybe someone could make it a mod item in the future.

Long live the floor screens! To me the most useless meteor storm is the osmium one, as by that time i got miners all set up for it. The super alloy storm however is my least FAVORITE because its so intense i've got ptsd from it... You can mine sulfur behind the waterfall at base, all it takes is T1 miners.
It's the year 3053 and the fact you can terra form a planet in 1 year means a floating base is perfectly fine in fact I'm pretty sure most buildings are floating on earth

"Cobalt storm" lol, it's a basic resources plus Aluminium meteor storm.

I put a t1 miner outside my base, and it says it's mining for iron, but I get most random basic materials, including sulfer from it.
a storm with a chest is the most useful, and ordinary resources are the least useful

@zagaming. FYI you dont need T2 ore extractor for sulfur. T1 works. Put in foggy area! There's 1 more sulfur area as well.
Ironically the T1 extracts Sulphur when placed at the waterfall...

I hate the super alloy storm. It's loud, long and a death trap. lol
It is mu k stands for micro kelvin. Doesn't make sense as liquid water is > 273.15k. Room temp is 298k.
I agree, the rock meteor is probably the worst event (unless you're still in the early game). The super alloy is annoying, as the alloy can disappear quickly.
Rain is another, as it can lag or lower the frame rate of the game.
Just to add a comment about the units and stuff, when it comes to the symbol stuff, you have: f for femto, p for pico, n for nano, μ for micro, m for milli, c for centi, d for deci, da for deca, k for kilo, M for mega, G for giga, and T for tera. This goes from very tiny to very large, with femto being the tiniest.
All of this comes from my college chem course equation sheet, so one or two things may be less accurate, depending on whether America uses different or weird prefixes for stuff (I know our system is dumb sometimes, but I think this chart was from the international system).
Gonna reply to this with the other units as well, for pressure and heat and stuff.
For the oxygen, there’s the ppb for parts per billion, so I’m guessing the ppX is parts per X. For heat, things are measured in Kelvins, K, and for pressure, things are measured in Pascals, or Pa.
Regarding the pressure, 1 atm (atmos pressure) is 101325 Pa, and regarding the heat, if anyone’s curious about the heat in Celsius, just subtract 273.15 from the Kelvin measure. Sorry, won’t go into a rant. I just get dragged in when going over various science stuffs.

If you’re not having fun then what’s the point, you’ll get sick of this game faster. Do what you want! I love the content regardless if I would play differently or not. Have fun !
