It's like people who spend a whole week to digitally create an image most people wont look at for more than a couple of seconds. Perfection takes time, you just gotta decide what's worth it to you. (Drawing certainly wasn't for me haha)
I've worked on TV and movie shoots as a lighting tech. I've spent hours or even days shooting what amounts to 3-60 seconds of actual footage in the final cut. Some days it's amazing and very rewarding other days it's directors spending too much money for what amounts to a minuscule amount of the final product.
Just watched the movie "Lucy" for film class, and came right back to this video to prove that one of the scenes in this movie contained the rotation of the room and fixation of the camera to achieve the full effect of the scene! So cool that watching this randomly one day out of boredom could be one of my supporting points for a college class.
Sometimes UA-cam is like Hollywood cinema. One video gets released and others showing the same thing get released around the same time too. It's like the writers all have a common workshop or something.
2:39 When i see Tech like this in movies ahead of its time, It convinces me that the Government had that technology already and we are finally now getting it. Imagine all the Tech they haven't release to the public yet.
Dancing on the Ceiling actually used three sets. One set was the right way up, the second was identical to the first but upside down, and the third set could rotate. There is a moment in the video where within a single shot a person goes from standing upright in one set to seemingly flipping upside down to stand on the ceiling. What they did to pull it off was to have the person upside on wires on the ceiling of the upside down set, then they would flip while being lowered on the cables onto the floor of that set. So they used more than just an upside down set to film the Dancing on the Ceiling music video.
so they had to build another set that did not move, and then had to build a doors that would split so the camera could fit though and then had to build another set attached to that set, all for a little scene in a TV show that i have never watched.
I was okay watching it til the half of the video but as it progress I'm getting dizzy from the rotating video and also getting dizzy on understanding wth was the narrator was talking hahahaha
“Fred danced on walls so Zendaya could stumble on them” why does that sound like a burn 😂
"FRED WALKED SO ZENDAYA COULD RUN!!!!" vibes

That’s why I came to watch this video cause of Hsm 3 😂
6:20 not TWO centers of gravity but actually two directions. That is not what center of gravity means.

Magnet shoes, ez
You not verified you know that
FirName he doesnt realize that yet
This is way more work than I thought. Dannggg
I'm suddenly disappointed but also impressed at the same time.
The biggest issue of this project was the smoke. Smoke still follows the density laws.

Inception in one word: a clusterfuck

Damn this maths is EVERYWHERE!!
Now please tell us how Jamaroqui did Virtual Insanity music video set design?
It's sort of similar, but done horizontally. The camera is fixed along with the walls. That whole unit moves, creating the illusion of not moving.
RE UPLOAD????

It is on movie insider if I am not wrong
I just watched "Inception" and this came in my feed. Now, I feel like I'm in a dream🙃💀🗡️
You guys gotta mention high hopes by panic at the disco
I always assumed it was CGI. 🤷
The music video was more akin to Fred Astaire's Royal Wedding movie
I'm confused as why "Nsync - Bye Bye Bye" wasn't featured in this video at all. That video blew my mind as a kid.
So that's how Spiderman does it
I found 1 person
Couldn't do a video like this without bringing up inception
I like how high school musical was the second one listed lmao
Plot Twist: they bribed gravity with a cookie 🍪
# Epic. Much Respects 3/18/2022 #
The Thief of Baghdad came out 10 years before Royal Wedding and employed Blue Screen techniques.
I think the narrator is a zendaya stan
