Indian skin always looks pale or ashy if you go for the white pasty sunscreen coz it has silicone in most of the generic one like neutrogena. Go for aqua based or cream based ones.

So I have super oily acne prone skin. I rarely have acne free skin. And if I apply this much sunscreen then my skin will just become acne garden. So what I do is apply a thin layer of sunscreen & reapply every 3 hrs after washing the last layer with plain water . After following this method my skin is far better than it used to be .

You don't need to rub that much just spread the sunscreen all over your face and let it be for few minutes and then massage....it will absorb more quickly 😊

Your dermat won't ask u to do so you're brown and you have melanin in u. U still can but u already have a natural mechanism don't block ur pore its too sweaty n it can cause issues for ur face skin
