I have 600 kn utm machine and I want to make shear fixture . Please tell me which material is required for it and also fixture hardness.

D2 and OHNS is type of steel material required for the fixture....hardness is about to 50-55 HRC

Your hydraulic machine sounds like it need oil (pumping in air) or maintenance - perhaps vane is broken?
