    Great shooting. I have the 97kt in the stainless .177. It is untuned but still like a laser at 11.8 flb. Plan on getting shauny (AGF) to have a look at it but may wait till I have had the op on my hand and have a go myself

      Shaun tuned my .22 HW97K. Superb workmanship. Lightened piston, bearings, piston sleeve, shortened comp tube, and transfer port mod. Silent, smooth and "deadly" accurate at ridiculous distances.

    When I get my HW97kt soon do you think I will love the gun right out of the box or will I need to put the upgrade kit in it. Im hoping I dont have to and I will be more then satisfied just the way it comes from AIRGUNS OF ARIZONA. I would appreciate your opinion my friend.

      @@Wolverineverminshooting Bit of a similar thing with me, I’ve had HW77’ and 97K’s since God wer a Lad, no point going on about them there’re just bloody good. Back in the day I had a Pest Control business, did the lot but used to specialise in the shooting side, Foxes, Sheep worrying Dogs, basically the lot, I had some contacts with food distribution warehouses who supplied Supermarkets, this was doing Feral Pigeons, needless to say, they wanted them doing “Yesterday”! Day or night, my main “Go to Gun” was an Air Arms 410 in .22, Christ it was good but having said that, I always took a HW97 as backup, a lot better than carting my air bottle about. My first Pre Charged was a BSA Ultra in .22 started out ok but then odd problems, couldn’t rely on it, hence the AA410.
      Been retired for a few years now, still shooting (Covid-19 permitting) mainly Clays but still very much interested in Air Rifles and the Noble Art of Ratting.
      You take care!!

    Mine likes superdomes and Barracuda match, 177, have you tried them?
    My neighbour had a Rat prob few weeks ago the builder next door had disturbed a man hole cover, so l set up in his kitchen and in about 50 mins l did 23 big one's to, l was using the Baracudas each shot went straight through, I've had near all the Weihrauch's and air arms spring rifles over the last 20 years l can honestly say that the 97 beats them all for accuracy.

    Great upload which I really enjoyed watching. I own exactly the same air rifle which I love. It is a little on the heavy side but I notice your use of a rifle rest which is really interesting. It's also good to see a class "springer" in a video upload instead of pre-charged weapons. One question though! How do do you feel about the long term weakening of the spring, keeping the rifle cocked for long periods while waiting for your next target! Anyway thanks for posting... and have subscribed

    • @Wolverineverminshooting
      @Wolverineverminshooting  3 роки тому

      No problems with keeping it cocked all the time, had it 3 years and still putting out 11.4 ftlb. Heavy is better for recoil and accuracy

    Hiya bud I've been working my way through your videos and gotta say fair play to you your a good shot I'm getting back into the air rifle and hunting scene after a break away for about 9yrs and in that time the kit has moved on so much it's crazy, I'm going to go and see my old permissions to see if I can get them back only 2 place's I had where the rat's would build up to about half the number's you've got on your farms I haven't got any nv kit at all out of all that is available now which would you recommend iv had some people tell me go for the sightmark wraith cos the tech inside it is more advanced than the pards but to be honest I don't honestly know, anyway keep up the great work and happy hunting

      I can't use it with my Springer because it throws it off ballance, doesn't matter with a pcp. However I'm going to try and mount it on top of scope and try it. The problem with that is I can't use the laser dot as a range finder but I quickly get use to the distances
