I’m pretty happy with this system tbh. I still have a few cards i need to finish apex tho so I’ll wait it out or hope to get in free packs solid video as always. Can’t believe you’re not much larger. Keep grinding.
If any of these DCG's would just implement real trading. I'd be ecstatic. MTGA, YMD, even live. Instead we're left MTGO which looks like it belongs on a windows 2000 machine.
Kind of pointless as most people will get multiples of all the one star cards with enough packs. As more expansions come out I could see it being more helpful for new players that are behind though. Still disappointing
The only reason for not allowing trading for higher rarities is because they want your money. There is nothing to do with abuse, fraud, or any of these other things people are coming up with. It's way simpler than that. They want you to get so FOMO'd that you feel more inclined to spend money to whale on the packs that have the cards you need. If fraud was the concern, you could trade for equal rarties. An immersion or an immersion, etc.
Good for deck building and finishing your non star collections.. bad for acquiring beautiful rare artwork cards for more serious collectors
Unfortunately yes the master set collector in me definitely wants more so hopefully won’t be to long.
Not surprised if its limited to the lower rarity - will probably change once new expansions have dropped
