As much as I hate fake Lego, it would be a waste to burn them so If I were you I would give them to a younger family member that might enjoy them, or do a giveaway on the channel. That being said, burning them might make good content.
these ones are actually decent, considering Lego doesn't make SBD anymore i'd keep, and they don't even look bad unlike some of the clones

i only own 3 fake clone troopers which are all arc troopers and the printing and quality of them are low-key insane the only problem is they have plastic kama’s and shoulder pads but man they look so good literally got them off temu and all came with custom and accurate clone blasters
I'm Brazilian and because the dollar costs 5 reais, it's much more advantageous to buy fake droids as they are very cheap! 4 real droids are 25 real and 4 fake droids are 5 real!

yeah giving them away was the best solution. destroying them specificly burning plastic is awful for the enviorment and because there fake they might contain hazardous chemicals when burned.

The purist mentality is a little strange to me sometimes, particularly when it comes to products Lego haven’t even produced or have essentially retired / stopped making (like they haven’t made the supers since 2015). These knock off droids are a bit of a downgrade on the real Lego ones, but not by much. Personally I have a large real Lego droid army, but if I was building one from scratch in these testing times with money tight, I’d definitely consider these knock offs.
I’m strongly considering getting these since I don’t have the money to pay for a bunch of real battle droids
only issue is with the eyes, other than that the B1s look pretty great for cheap alternative
@@harrislaurent429 If you havent already id say 100% go for it. A lot of people harp on the fakes but honestly a lot of the droids are better looking as they're more shiny. Been buying a lot of fakes and so far they definitely have some issues here and there but besides the MASSIVE VALUE IN pricing some of em look better. Lego isn't a god at plastic building bricks/toys they're just a premium company, just like anything else (for example clothing) you just know what you're getting from lego but it isn't always the best looking out there or the smartest choice.

I think you should keep em. 99% of my collection is pure lego. For army building...I support using knockoffs. Lego is way too expensive and it would cost thousands to create a real army of pure lego parts. I say keep em they look great

Tbh I prefer the shine of the knock offs, they feel more metallic looking which is what I’d want for a mechanical army like this 😄

I recently Bought about 100 of these, spent 40 bucks. I bought around 100 knock off 501st clones, ARC troopers, bad batch, and most of the clone commanders as well as Mandalorian minifigs. I think all together I spent $250 got over 200 minifigs. The droids I bought were spitting image (Mostly) to the Lego branded version, high quality, excellent. NOW I will say A COUPLE of the knock off troopers I received did have a few questionable helmet prints, but from afar you really cant tell, the arm, leg and torso printing is pretty damn good. Honestly if you are looking to fill ranks and do large mocks and battle scenes the knock off clones aren't a bad option IMO, you can keep your LEGO branded minis safe and pristine.

I’ve bought these to cheaply boost the numbers of my Droid Army and I’ve bought the same one you bought from probably the same store and then I bought more with a troop transport and the figures look good. So I’d say keep them

Honestly I don’t know which chose I should choose but I think that the knockoff ones are not that bad because one good thing is that you get a huge amount of droids.
Keep them. They are great for Mocs and I have bought a ton of these to bulk up my droid army.

I actually bought these recently and they are really good just have a problem that greivous's arms feel stiff and the super battle droids have trouble standing

I have a fake knock off droid army and I didn't realize it was fake until about a week ago and it is very fun to play with them 😂
I own thousands of dollars worth in official LEGO Star Wars and have no qualms with the fake stuff. I mean, customizers sell, for profit, named Star Wars clones. I doubt highly they are paying royalties to Disney/Lucasfilm for the sale and use of those characters…..so yeah. Go ham with knock offs, lately they have been increasing in quality and durability. They’re simpler to replace and for a modest amount you can get tons of figures.
I bought theese, they're pretty accurate but I like the commando droids and B2s because i only have one commando droid from a commander gree book, and two B2s from a 2016 hellfire droid.
I got a variety of B1 colors and B2, they look great for playing with or mocs and there's barely any difference. The dark black on the B2 make them look more intimidating IMO for me as well. For the price, I really can't complain and I am happy to have them compared to what actual Lego would cost. Good on you for donating them to kids rather than destroy them, that would have been a huge waste.

Lego has admitted themselves that their quality for the droids isn't to their standard because of how easy the broke or lost their connection power giving them loose arms so that they couldn't even hold a blaster up straight. It's a shame that a third party company manages to do it better then Lego. I personally don't want or like knock-off but I understand if someone did buy them when it comes to battle droids (especially the orange ones which are quite expensive).

The fake droids arent much different in quality than real lego ones so I can understand buying them as fakes, but regular lego figures cannot be replaced by fakes

I think that you shouldn’t burn the droid army because even though they aren’t official Lego they are better than some other fake Lego. Trust me I know from experience. 2:03

If you don't want them, send them to me! Most knock offs are pretty close to Lego specially if you buy from the better companies. I haven't really had any problem with them. Besides there very well priced.

As long as it looks good, it doesnt matter. 1/3 of my collection is other brand than lego and look literally just as good. Wouldnt be able to tell the difference, i have fake and real gunships. So do yourself a favour and get the cheaper ones if they look good
A good 90 percent of my lego collection is real even the clones all 52… but with that being said its harder to get b1s than clones so i support knockoffs i just got 50 for around 30 dollars which is a steal in my book

I Buy 40 droids of that,20 b1 droids and 20 B2 with a general grivous,is great to have a more powerfull army,because LEGO not make more sets with B2 in years,and the b1 droids appears in the sets only in numbers of 2,and only 2 battledroids can Best a clone trooper or something,need like 3 battledroids or 2 battledroids and 1 superbattledroid yo beat 2 clone troopers or 1 clone trooper in a speeder or small vehicle

Yeah he got those ones from Amazon. I've been getting into the fake world of Lego's and I know a couple of really solid sellers. Etsy has really solid droid stuff but this other guy I know of has some really awesome clones (I've gotten two bulks and they're solid. Put together well and look sweet)
