Do we always put in V2 in the MCP or are there situations where V2+15 is allowed?

I'd stick with the given V2, V2+15 or VxSE (Best Climb Angle Single Engine) is a rare case where you need the best climb angle with an engine failure, only likely to be used in mountainous terrain to climb out over obstacles after engine failure
