I had quite a bit of stuff planned for this video, time lapse and other stuff that didn’t quite work out so it's basically like all the others I do. As for the race it’s self...WOW! What an amazing course, very challenging! Today I’m licking my wounds and already looking forward to the next one! If you enjoy this content please SMASH the like button and if you really like it consider giving a super thanks, it's the HEART SHAPE THIINGY! ❤️ 👈🏼 Also 539 racers included the ATV's
This track is always so fun! Heat definitely got to me today too, more surprising how hot it got than just brutally hot, just wasnt prepared for it
Ya it was definitely tough, I ran pretty decent until lap 5 and totally hit the wall. 😂 Oh well had fun and looking forward to Tin Roof Flyers!
Good run Cap!!
Thanks 🙏
I had a blast! I didn't have a problem with the heat at all. Didn't notice it until we were done sitting down that I started to feel hot. I was tired at the last lap and was glad it was over.
My video will be up shortly from row 4.
Nice! I felt good up until the last lap and then a wall just formed in front of me. 😃
Great job Lewis!
Thanks 🙏🏽
I'm moving up near here( Custer ), need to get in on this next year.
This was hands down the most fun track I've done between last year and this year.
Same for me!
Love watching your videos man. I ride 40+B also on a Yamaha. I’ll try to find you at the next race to say hello
Ya for sure, I’ll be in the same colored gear for the races.
Love it when people get caught cutting the coarse😂
🤗😆
is that in the video 🤣🤣
@@ricknoonan9451 yeah you can see a couple people cut at 4:42. Bennet started a row behind him and never passed him in the video, just appears out of no where.
looks awesome
Totally! The last hare scramble of the year is here in October again!
I really enjoy your videos. Just getting into harescrambles. Did my first one at Ogemaw a few weeks ago. I managed only about 2-1/2 laps before I went back to my pit from exhaustion. I hope to see you tomorrow at Whiskey Creek 2004. My sole objectivethis time is simply to finish as many laps as the norm. But tell me, why are almost all the riders you come upon (and you eventually pass) sitting down so much?
Because it's like running a marathon. I try and stand as much as possible but when people get tired they tend to sit. Also, some situations call for standing and some sitting. Just my two cents.
@Captain250FX I was thinking about you and this question during the harescramble at Whisky Creek last Sunday...as I was sitting down because I had lost most of my strength, wasn't attacking the course and just trying to get in another lap! The last two times riding Tin Cup I have been able to stand the whole time, but Tin Cup is pretty tame compared to how it was at Whisky Creek. So I answered my own question. 😖
I hope your foot is okay. I'd really like to meet you. I hope you can make it to 10 Pines. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
@@krproton yes, the state trails are all tame compared to a Hare Scramble course. My foot is COOKED. I need to go get an X-ray because I did some damage for sure. Probably no way I can make 10 Pines and if I do it will be just to film some footage but no way I can ride yet.
@Captain250FX I'm sorry to hear about your foot. I hope it's not broken. I broke my ankle coming up short on a triple on my YZ-250 around 1995. I made the rest of the motos for the day, but had to crawl out of my van into the house when I got home. The doctor put my entire leg in a cast up to my crotch! I think he hated motorcycles! Let me know if you're coming to Mancelona. I'd like to find you and say hello. I'm in the 60+ class, row 15. KTM 300 XC-W. White and turquoise jersey. Or, I'll catch up with you next year. Be well and best of luck on your foot. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Dude I meant to visit your camp site but my parents ended up camping in Ludington so I decided to spend time with them.
Understand that, maybe next time.
You should check out the grass race at redbud in October
We are supposed to go every year and something comes up, maybe this year!
