If I’m not mistaken I remember the cop lying on the stand saying that he announced himself as the police then told him to get down.. he also approached him with his gun already drawn

I heard that on UA-cam, that the cop didn’t ID himself… The one that came to trial was the only one who got shot, the partner wasn’t on the sene yet…
