It's a European designer so I would guess there aren't a ton of black models. People cater to their majority demographic. If you go somewhere where the majority of people are black, you'll see more black models. you can't expect everyone to follow some algorithm every time they hire...like ok we need 25% black 25% Asian 25% white 25%latin the world doesn't work that way. it can only work that way in videogames...like for example Overwatch where characters are being designed and people can make characters however they like
