The morning start-up procedure of the Gallus Labelfire is fast and easy: the hybrid or "digital-only" printing press is ready to print within ten minutes. The programmed machine starts up fully automated on its own.
The machine will do everything on its own. The Digital Print Unit is fully automated, no daily missing nozzle compensation or intensive cleaning process is required. With initial preparations done automatically a cleaning cycle of the print heads and the preparation of conventional processes are the only things to do for the operator.
