German shepherd are intelligent, furthermore it's owners how they raise them. Also German shepherd are used in Indian forces as sniffers due to high intelligence and scent recognition. Some of the dogs breed in the list are really ferocious, Its very difficult to raise them.
You can say whatever you want but facts don't match your statement. Even UK has put bans on these certain dog breeds because of sheer aggressiveness. However, I strongly disagree with your statement that somehow it is the sole responsibility of owner how the dog turns out. Pitbull constitutes 68.6% of total attacks whereas Rottweiler constitutes 10.4% and that itself speaks volumes.

I have the same thought, you said with facts. I would say the dog culture and dogs that made by the europeans banned. In UK they made existing dogs to be MUZZLED but in India they missed to say muzzle them. Safety is the key

Puppy stage se usko kaise owner/parent ne bada kiya hai, woh farak pad ta hai... breeding dogs for fighting shud be banned yea, but determining them as aggressive breeds and banning them as pets is stupid and immature decision. Sir I saw many Videos where Street dogs attacked on child or even on Adults. Not even they just attacked but the injury became fatal. Now tell me who is responsible for them? Secondly Banning is not the solution there should be a license procedure which ensure that Dog owners are educated enough to handle such Dogs. I owe one Cane Corso and we don’t even use the Chain when taking him outside. In most cases the chained dogs are most aggressive because they are not socialise well and it’s totally clear from beginning if your dog has tendency to attack or not you can take necessary action.

Government should focus on street dogs. They also bark at night due to which we suffer problem in sleeping many times I come back home at night from the library and they try to bite i have faced more than 3 major accidents due to dogs .

Bohot achha decision hai and i totally support our govt. Iske sath street dogs ke liye bhi shelter banaye jane chahiye jaha unko food ke kiye idhar udhar na bhatakna pade isse kaafi road accident hone se bach jayenge. Shelter ka dusra fayeda yeh hai ki agar kisi ko dog adopt karna hoga to woh direct shelter se adopt kar sakta hai.
Iske alawa hamari govt ko hamare Indian breed's ko bhi poori duniya me promote karna chahiye hamare desi dogs kisi se bhi kam nahi hain. Infact agar hum sahi se apne street dogs ko hi trained and dog shows me present kare to unse behtareen koi dog breed hai hi nahi. Har kisi ki diffrent requirements hoti hain kisi ko family dog chahiye to kisi guard dog chahiye. But if anyone notice hamare street dog's me Family + Guard dog dono ki ability mojud hoti hain. Unka Life span kam se kam 13 se 15 saal ka hota hai with no health issue. Inko dog food ki bhi jarurat nahi ghar ki 2 roti or doodh par bhi paloge to maze se reh sakte hain.

If i own a lion and if it kills someone. Then may be it's not the mistake of Lion, but it doesn't means Lion should be allowed to be petted. There is inherent "aggressiveness" in some animals. Similar is the case with some species of Dog. specially dogs like Pitbull. May be dog is not at fault, does not means it is same as labrador in behavior.

Im a owner of 2 years old A. Pitbull terror first of all i would like to say plz be specific there 4 types of pitbull which general are called Pitbull in which xl and bully are the majority which have attack cases. If u have original A. Pitbull terror u will find that in there genes its that they love human(old to newborn) they will die smiling for there owner. It is the problem it some people how dont know how to rise a Pitbull they not like ur street breed which some people always tie them to lashes and dont socialize which make them alert of other people first a person need to have knowledge then only then he should go to buy or adopt dogs like Pitbull. They are most loving and caring breed while rising. (Ex even if u left a newborn child with them it will care it likes its own). Like wise plz make it a video on how a person should choose a dog to rise if he want to which help in people awareness. Thanks
