- In this first loook at the run-based driving survival adventure of Pacific Drive, you'll face supernatural dangers on expeditions out into the Olympic Exclusion Zone. Make your base of operations in an abandoned garage, where you’ll research new parts, customize your station wagon, and chart routes deeper into the Zone. As you learn to survive the hostile, vicious environment you'll discover experimental remnants that all point to one bigger mystery - what happened here? @@XMBGamer sandbox is more of a mechanic and genre. Not all sandbox games are the same. That is like saying anytime a new fps comes out. "pfft just another Call Of Duty. Nothing special."
Do you expect companies to create brand new genres of gaming or brand new mechanics every single time, despite the fact that games are a storytelling medium?

This games looks a lot cooler now that I’ve seen gameplay than it did from the reveal trailer. I’m interested, and definitely looks perfect for VR, I was actually kind of surprised it wasn’t.

Some reviewers with an embargo are saying there's a big game that they can't talk about ..... maybe it's this game!

I like how the driving is arcady but is actually close to real life driving. And I love how the uncertainty and open world allows you to salvage scraps from your surroundings.
Its not open world, there is a loading screens and small scripted locations.
Looks like it would be cool in VR!

I had no idea this game existed up until just now. Already wishlisted and crazy hyped!!!
This feels like a game that'll have a 7.2 rating or something because a lot of people will find it fun but bounce off of it, rate it a 7 and move on. And then for a small group, it's gonna consume them until they've exhausted it and they'll create additional accounts to give it 10 ratings.

Hopfully it plays as well as the trailers show us. I wonder what kind of DLC we will get for this game and hopfully there will be a lot more talking from the main reporter.

Ok I'm intrigued but the limitations to customized vehicles don't look great could be more options.
From a zombies player perspective this would be a great idea for out scavenge for materials to make a beast machine and have to run fight and drive away from the zombies
