To be honest, I would have also cried LMAO! Our warden persevered and in the end she had another game under her belt! So proud of her! Having said that! Parry is the ultimate path and should she have mastered it, she would have passed this much earlier! PARRY IS THE TRUE PATH! Ehem... still, congrats to her!

Ah yes Eviterno also gave me nightmares, I noticed that 2nd phase was more of waiting for an opening after certain combos. Going on offense is a bad idea with him.
The boss was a pretty huge difficulty leap, at least until they patched the game and made some of the bosses like the Salt guy way harder. Blasp 2 is pretty easy until this point.

Yeah this guy's pretty hard. IIRC some of his attacks are best dodged through him or on him but parry also helps a lot. Wish you could skip the cutscene after phase 1 though, watching it every time gets really tiresome.

To be honest, Eviterno fight with mace is a mistake, 90% of his attacks in phase 2 are able to parry, basically everyone can defeat him with parry-only easily, so using mace just made it harder.

That boss fight sucks so much. Is not fun hard, is just plain unfair. His hit box is ridiculous and most of his attacks leave a red trail that can also hurt you and is mixed with the background. He keeps teleporting and his tells for the attacks are almost inexistent
My problem was the stupid cinematics. I lost 3 times and was done, I rather have a long run back.
The only good boss in Blasphemous 2, aside from Afilaor.
I'll be honest, I found this boss a disappointment compared to the first game. I wish they'd make a dlc with a true final boss beyond this guy.
I have the opposite reaction. I found Eviterno harder than Escribar. Although the hardest boss for me if we go by the amount of deaths was Isidora but that was dlc.
