this is noku mana 🍃🌙 🌿
a prayer by the Huni Kuin Tribe that has I have soothed myself with often and eventually started sharing as I felt connected to the spirit of the chant - which speaks to several elemental energies and is said to mean:
we call/summon the spirit of the Earth,
as we are the Earth,
it’s here and healing, healing all of us now.
one that many of you have sang with me if we spent time together offline and that thanks to @pedroestevesdomingues is captured in video now that we took on one of my last days in portugal to close our chapter together - thank you pedro your art and heart illuminate the world 🕊️
