Simran Takhar it's probably because the way languages such as korean chinese and japanese work so differently than english in terms of systems. Those 3 languages use characters based on sounds and english uses arabic letters
I really like Korean. But when I heard it was hard to learn it put me off but I realised that I shouldn't let it stop me and now im going to be learning over the summer. I find the alphabet easy to remember if you think of it more of a picture.

Simran Takhar it's probably because the way languages such as korean chinese and japanese work so differently than english in terms of systems. Those 3 languages use characters based on sounds and english uses arabic letters

I really like Korean. But when I heard it was hard to learn it put me off but I realised that I shouldn't let it stop me and now im going to be learning over the summer. I find the alphabet easy to remember if you think of it more of a picture.
