Physical inactivity is now the 4th leading risk factor for global mortality. So proper nutrition though very beneficial to our health, we need to keep our bodies moving as well.

Good for the heart and our muscles
Improve our bone health therefore lessening risk of falls and fracture
Reduce our risk of having hypertension, diabetes, cancers and depression
Helps in control and maintenance of healthy weight
Types of physical activity include aerobic exercises like ZUMBA, and even SIMPLE DANCE STEPS are forms of physical activity that can help even in developing grace and flexibility.
