He doesn’t the sound used for sprouts breathing is stolen from a cut half life 2 enemy called the emitter (I think that’s what it’s called) this enemy wears a mask all the time with a flame thrower and dandy’s world just yonked the sound and used it for sprout so no he doesn’t say Cosmo it’s just a coincidence

Fun facts about these two. They died holding hands you'll notice that they have ichor on opposite hands and side of their face to each other meaning that they were together before they became twisted.
Other fun fact sprout has hidden voice lines one of them the clearest one that can be heard when it plays is "Where's Cosmo"
