I'm gonna put Kira over Risu here because _he_ can even do a legit imouto impression, a voice that's completely of the opposite gender. not that Risu bad, but a guy doing girl's voice and even young girl, let's be real it's more impressive than Risu doing okayu's voice and her deep voice impressions

@@ShrooMIR05 Well, most shotas or little boys in Anime are voiced by women. I only know a few where a male VA actually managed to affect their voice that much. So in Kira's case, that's impressive.
