Cut out most of the iffy audio - my MacBook has taken pounding over the past year with all the editing so when I’m back from Germany I think a new one is on the cards 😅👍🏾 💻 thanks for the support as always 🍻
Thanks again, mate, it was an absolute pleasure having you, your passion for football is clear to see, and we hope you really enjoyed the experience (including the parmo).
@@chrisl9745 it’s obviously over the road from the museum, so really convenient. In fairness they were good, no complaints. We do love a Manjaros though, especially Ingleby. There’s always next time.
Fantastic Video Ry. Interesting History regards Middlesbrough. Junhino was a Fantastic player. Arsenal were also linked with signing him, in 1995. Was gutted that he signed for Boro. The Tour Guide (sorry cant recall his name) was Brilliant. Very interesting to listen to. Ex Gooner Paul Merson, also played for Boro. Up the Boro!!!
Wow mate! The Boro lads looked after you! Fantastic museum and a wonderful video! Well done all round! I’m hungry for a parmigiana and a beer 🍻 right now 😂
I have actually spent the day sat in the players lounge at Middlesbrough stadium and I have sat in the press box. A couple of years ago when we were coming out of lockdown. The football clubs foundation was running a course to help people coming out of lockdown. It was the first course they ran. it was 2 days a week over 3 weeks. 6 days in total. The first week we were in Loftus. The second week we were at a five a side indoor centre in Middlesbrough. The final week we were at the stadium. I mist the first day at the stadium because my nan had just died. But on the last day we were initially booked to be in one of the corparate boxes. But it turned out to be double booked. The only room available was the players lounge to we spent the day in there. The gut doing the course also showed us a couple of places including the press box which is up at the top of the two tiered stand.
fantastic insight into their history, and there's a part of me thinking that parmo would be sound with BBQ sauce then the cheese melted on top😋keep up the good work you
Fantastic video again Ry. Juninho was a fantastic player. Gutted that Villa allowed him to walk out without signing a deal. By all accounts a fee was agreed with Atletico Madrid . Total madness having brought him over from Spain only to not agree personal terms. Fair play to Boro tho he was a fantastic player to watch.
Alan Shields Hamilton South Lanarkshire Scotland. When you were talking to the Middlesbrough guys about Ravanelli , Juninho & Emerson it made me feel very nostalgic I remember all 3 playing for Middlesbrough extremely well. As a Chelsea fan I can still recall extremely well the 1997 F.A Cup Final against Middlesbrough when Roberto Di Matteo scorred extremely early doors & we went to on to win 2 - 0 Eddie Newton is getting the second & Gianfranco Zola is setting him up for what was basically a tap in that was our first major trophy in 30 years I had just got in to English football that season . I also remember Phil Stamp is playing for Middlesbrough. I remember Ravanelli signing for Dundee, that was extremely bizarre times for Dundee F.C. I would suggest Dundee F.C have never fully recovered from they day's. I remember a washed-up Juninho is signing for Celtic when John Barnes was a manger of Celtic Juninho was on his last legs & like Emerson when he signed for Rangers was looking for one last big pay day. The Middlesbrough Ultra's are not in the same league as Union Bears or Green Brigade they go all in The Middlesbrough Ultra's look extremely tame in comparison & nothing like the Ultra's in Mainland Europe. The Middlesbrough away kit from 96 / 97 I always thought was cracking as a teenager the jazzer, the better for me when it comes to away kits for home kits I like them to be traditional with a modern twist like the current Manchester United away kit.
the guy couldnt have described the parmo any worse tbf, hammered chicked breast covered in breadcrumbs (doesnt need to be deep fried) add nice thick layer of bechamel sauce and cheddar cheese on top. Think of it like a pizza you can pretty much have any toppings you want on.
Are they still any of these left? Loved it and only just seen the video also with Christmas coming up I’d love to get me and my dad one as a memory of our times following Boro all over when I was a kid including the final against Sevilla, Roma away, lazio away, the carling cup final!! now we don’t do it as much as I live away but when we can we go together please let me know if you have any left!?
I went to boro’s ground once over a decade ago and our coaches were escorted by police. For some reason, Boro fans don’t like us Norwich fans very much and we were rushed into the stadium. Ended 0-0.

I remember watching Boro when they had Fabrizio Ravanelli. I could not believe they had signed him. Juventus legend.
Some crazy signings for Boro in the mid 90s 🤩
John Hendrie, Craig Hignett, Colin Cooper, Jamie Pollock - all those names I remembered whilst watching Boro in the 90s

I'm a huge bore fan

Dickens? Is it a company or just a node to Charles?
big Charles Dickens fans up in Boro
Dickens was a local DIY business in Teesside, it evolved into a very large outfit (similar to what B&Q is today).
Whats the recipe of the Parmo?
