I made this pizza over the weekend. We made individual pizzas, and everyone in the family added their own toppings. We ended up baking it a little longer, about 10 minutes. Flavor was perfect! Thanks for your recipes. I love your bread flour blend, and I use it all the time.
OMG, just made for my wife she loved it, I tried it and I'm very picky, couldn't even tell the difference, thank you so much, this is the best pizza she's had since 2018. Tyvm Yes, it's a game changer.
I just made this and oh my! It is so good. It sat covered for about 1 hour 20 minutes because we had to run to the store for cheese in case anyone wondered if it could sit longer. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe 😊
Your recipes have been a game changer in our home, we make this quick pizza often and my husband, who missed decent pizza so much, really loves it. Thank you from the UK!
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been using Schar premade gluten free pizza rounds and while they're better than me feeling yucky after a chain pizza place, I sure do miss the soft, chewy pizzas. I'm looking forward to trying this soon!!
Seriously. You are my hero! My gluten free life would be so bland and sad if not for your recipes. You are a wonderful food scientist, a true chef and artisan! Thank you❤️
WOW! You are too kind!!!! I am blown away and humbled by your comment. All my life, baking and cooking has been my way of showing the people in my life how much they mean to me and how much I love them. I feel like sharing my recipes with all of y'all, especially knowing how much it means to someone who has to be gluten free, is like showing my love to all of y'all 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you so much for such kind words 😍😍😍
Thanks so much for this! I’ve really enjoyed trying out your recipes with your gf flour blend (and everyone loves the taste of the breads & pizza crust), but this is really great to have on hand when you don’t have the extra time!!
Have you tried to par bake your pizza crusts? I'd love to have some in the freezer as quick things for my two celiac kids, it can get tough to find a frozen pizza they will eat or that isn't insanely expensive.
I think I’ll try the brioche next. I think I tried the sandwich bread, it had coconut oil in it, I didn’t like it. I’m not sure if it was the bread or the coconut flavor. It is on my retry list without the coconut oil. My coconut oil smells and tastes like sweet coconut. It’s fine for sweet things just not for something that’s supposed to be neutral or savory 😂
Hey there just wanted to ask a few questions as I have been looking for a genuine way to try pizza that is gluten free (I mean actual regular gluten pizza I have some sensory issues so the gluten free doughy gum line thing just doesnt work for me). I love that you show the actual side profile so I can see the texture of the bread as a lot of recipes dont or dont focus on that and you can end up with that chewy sort of rubbery/gummy texture. Does this pizza have that issue for you at all? and would you recommend this or your other recipes for someone that just wants something close to authentic pizza with a regular texture? I will probably try both but seeing how you made the recipe id ask for your opinion thank you!
I totally know what you mean! I can't stand that gummy texture either. This recipe does not give the gumminess, but I wouldn't consider this as authentic as my New York style pizza here: ua-cam.com/video/u6n2d0Y7684/v-deo.html While this one is really great for getting pizza on the table super fast (and it's delicious), I still find my New York pizza recipe has more flavor and better authentic pizza texture overall.
@@LetThemEatGlutenFreeCake Ill definitely try them both out thanks so much I really appreciate having a option to try for some pizza I can actually enjoy I really do appreciate it!
Kim, this pizza looks amazing and I am sure it taste the same. Any suggestions what I can substitute the beer with due to sensitivity? Thank you for sharing another heavenly recipe. ❤
I just made it with sparkling water and store bought gluten-free flour I had on hand. I also used a food processor to knead the dough. It didn’t rise as much as Kim’s pizza but it turned out really good. My oven goes up to 500F only so I increased the baking time to 7min. My son loved it and said was the best gluten-free pizza ever. ❤
@@margi818 awesome! My cousin used to make pizza with sparkling water so I thought it might work. He used regular flour of course, but still, I am glad it worked 😁
@LetThemEatGlutenFreeCake when I use leftover dough should I take out of fridge and let it come to room temperature 1st, also does it still need to rest Covered for 30 minutes?
I have no idea. I don't know anything about keto. This is a gluten free channel because I have celiac. It has nothing to do with diet trends, so I apologize if I can't offer recipes for all those other types of diet trends on my channel.
She used gluten free flour and thinks that's enough. She probably doesn't even know that tomatoes and cheese are supposed to be gluten-free too because they also contain gluten quite often.
@@backtoasimplelife I know perfectly well what I have to do. I do not create such videos and distribute them. It's about what those who create them should do. I thought it was clear.

Me too! Cookbook AND YOUR GF FLOUR MIX!!!
please it would be the best to have a cookbook !
and also parent your mix so no one else can claim it :)

Hi, can stevia or monk fruit be used to replace the sugar that activates the yeast? Thanks

Most hard apple ciders are gluten free and taste just like beer.
They taste like apple cider not beer. Full of sugar.
Not the brands I've tried. Are you sure you were drinking a HARD cider?@@cainesy7913

You have to check the label for whatever brands you use, which may be different than the brands she used.
