Interesting ligature! I use a standard Yamaha Bass Clarinet ligature

Sorry, but metal ligatures are always better in my opinion (for me at least). I'd recommend Vandoren masters (old two screw version), Bonades and Ishimoris every time.. to everyone..

The nova ligature sounds so nice. May I ask what excerpt your playing for the test?. Also, I use a selmer 1696 bass cl ligature

The older model has a little more protection & is a bit more brighter than the newer -kinda like sound better on the original
