本人重庆人，本地人开车素质真不怎么样，不礼让行人，随意变道（公交车司机除外），乱按喇叭，尤其是骑摩托和电车的最喜欢按喇叭。城市细节比较粗糙，下雨天路面地砖爆浆，喜欢乱吐痰嗓门贼大有时候凌晨5.6点钟都会被隔了两三条街的大爷大妈吵醒
其实礼让行人方面 重庆在全国来说还算不错的 最大的毛病是变道转弯不打转向灯 爱卡爱钻

Another amazing city - a shockingly huge one compared to what it was a few decades ago - in China, but it has, like all Chinese cities, a truly disturbing number of surveillance cameras. There must be overlapping systems of redundant surveillance. It looks to me like complete overkill, especially with the many other ways of monitoring the population in place in the country. Why so fearful? It looks like life is good in these places. Certainly these cities are transformed from prior eras and built out in stunning ways.
