That would be a dream come true but alas, there are quite a few Republicans here in Ohio. I don't live in Springfield but I'm not that far away. In my own neighborhood I'm a blue dot. I know I'm one of only a few democrats because of looking something up about voting about 3 years back I accidentally found where they tell you who's voting what down your street and your neighbor hood. Not to mention the Trump signs and flags. I do have a brave neighbor just a few blocks away who put up a Harris Walz sign in their front yard but I have chosen not to. I have a neighbor across the street from me one house down with a flag that has AR-15's lined up like stripes on a flag. I'm a widow so I don't feel comfortable letting any of my neighbors know my political leanings.

From Ohio here. I live a one hour drive from Springfield. When Dewine was asked if he would back Trump, he said he supports Republicans but refused to say he would vote for Trump. I understand since this would be a big distraction with him getting things done and wanting to focus on solutions in Springfield rather than politics. He refuses to take the bait. He’s been in Springfield working with the mayor nearly every day.. There are so many Republicans in Ohio that hate Dewine.since the pandemic where he supported vaccinations and mask requirements.
A reporter interviewed a group of high school kids throwing a football in a park. It was a mix of white kids and Haitian kids. Then asked about Haitians eating geese they chalked it up to “old people being easiest.” They had wonderful things to say about the Haitian immigrants. There comment were “They’re contributing and people don’t realize that.”
His instinct is always to double down. His health is as usual, except the event is getting closer? I'll google what an overdose of little blue pills results in. I have no idea.
