how to counter rath with elf..
it's really difficult to counter. best is you ask a soul binder friend to use white barrier on you can cast soul judgement on rath
master why do you have 2 hiding skills?
1 stealth 1 hide. For timing purposes.
is she good for weeklies? comodo and airship?
For airship i’m not sure but other weeklies, she’s good. I dont have proper pve gears though but it’s based on people who are in discord.

In terms of pvp yes, pve ronin still better i think

dont need -cd equip?
It depends on your play style but in this case no need.
You lose so much by going -cd just ask for a suffra unfortunately,nevertheless one aoe burst every 4-5 seconds is worth while or just pull + split
