*Tie Breaker* Race #3 - France | Neon Short Championship

This is a 5 race championship that will be held over 5 videos. An extended championship in the following season will be looked over after the current season is completed. The goal is to get at least 2 done in 1 week and should be expecting the Championship to be done by the end of the week (Saturday) A break of 1-2 weeks will be taken to look over the results and the performance of the championship to see how many races should be included for the next season.
