And in my inspiration notebook I noted: read pray and song of Vaishnava. Thank you very much for the idea of recording prayers; I will prepare a small notebook :) Singing won't be difficult either; I often sing at home, during walks when I'm alone. Additionally, I have 2 phones 😆, one without WhatsApp and other apps, only UA-cam for lectures and kirtans. To keep the mind calm and absorbed in one Katha. And there are still 3 more of your suggestions, which are very good to implement into life. In the evening, I need a moment of contemplation. Thank you very much for this video, for the inspiration.
