Rick, find a new doctor. 1st visit will be a "new" patient which will be a longer, more extensie and more expensive (Medicare pays 80%), looking for things the old doctor knows/believes isn't an issue.) I use 2 dentists. Some doctors are overworked / overbooked and slotted for 20 minutes.

They never really tell you what the assesment is for. I would'nt let a nurse do this. She did'nt even ask if it were ok. I'd tell her I want the Dr. Thats what Im paying for. It's like ordering a steak and they send you out a hamburger
You're paying for the Registered Nurse, Doctors don't do this stuff. And in most cases your money is better spent with the nurse anyway. These days they're just as good as a Doctor if not better, and I think they can legally do just about everything a Doctor can except diagnose and prescribe.
