I don't sell Grom's because this does more and its almost the same price. I've been selling this for at least 7 years now shipping worldwide and have never had an issue with security lock. Maybe because this keeps the CD changer?
Sorry, Should have made it clear. What I meant was , certain XC90's have MOST security enabled (Luck of the draw really.) It prevents 3rd party fiber optic devices to be plugged in and will give out Error codes. See for instance, Under Grom Audios MST3 kit, ( It doenst work if MOST security is enabled as it detects a 3rd party (6 CD changer.) I am not sure if this product uses the same wiring/connections as the Grom unit or is it entirely different?
