That swingarm is going to warp, or fold over on you eventually :\ a box frame type arm would have been much stronger. The one you made is fine for UP and DOWN, but has no support at all for sideways, and twisting motion. Also, when you grind metal around electric motors, it's a good idea to cover them with a rag, even if they're enclosed, it keep small particles of metal from getting near rotating, and bearing surfaces that might have a slight magnetic charge. Great effort, man! I wish more people would build instead of buy :)
Sorry, I cut the sentence sh ort, eh. So covering the motor with a rag would help keep tiny pieces of metal from binding to the outside, shaft, or bearing surfaces that can create a problems down the line. I really love what you did! I wish more people would BUILD Instead of BUY :D
